Emma's POV

"Emma." I hear Ash say as she walks into the room. "Emma it's time to get up and get ready."

We're flying home from France today.

"I'm already ready." I say as I zip up my suitcase.

Once my suitcase is zipped up I wordlessly put my backpack on, put my medal around my neck, grab my pillow, grab the World Cup trophy, then I grab my suitcase and start walking out of the room.

"I packed your bags." I say as I leave the room. "You're fucking welcome."

Once out of the room I slam the door shut then I head down to the lobby. When I get to the lobby I put my luggage with the rest of the team's bags then I get onto the bus and sit down next to Hope.

"You get in a fight with Ash?" Hope asks.

"No." I say. "I left before I blew up on her."

"Smart decision." Hope says then we talk about other stuff as the bus fills up.

After everyone is on the bus we head to the airport.

Once at the airport everyone gets off the bus, grabs their bags, then we go through security. After we've passed security we give our bags to the plane people then we all get on the plane. When I get on the plane I sit down in my seat next to the window then Preathlex sit in the seats around me.

Christen and Alex sit in the seats facing Tobin and I.

After Preathlex sit down we talk amongst ourselves until we get into the air. Once we're in the air everyone lays the seats down flat then we put blankets and pillows on the seats and go to sleep.

I go to sleep holding the World Cup trophy.

"Emma." I hear someone say.

"What?" I mumble.

"We're about to land so its time to get up." Christen says so I try to get up but there's something on me so I can't.

"I would if I could." I say then I open my eyes and look at the reason I can't move. "Why Me?"

Julie, Moe, and Mal are all wrapped around me.

Julie is cuddled into my left side, Moe's cuddled into my right side, and Mal is lying on top of me.

"Because your comfy." Mal says as she adjusts her head to lay on my right boob. "Also your boobs make great pillows."

"Well it's time to get up." I say.

"Fine." Moe says then the three ladies move off me.

After I'm no longer being cuddled with, I get off the bed, help put the seats back up then I sit back down in my seat.

Once I'm sat down I grab my phone, look at my texts, and see I got a picture sent to me from Jessie.

The picture is of Julie, Moe, and Mal wrapped around me which I assume someone sent it to her.

Me: How'd you get that picture?

Freckles❤️: Shelina sent it to me

Me: I guess you know who the Koala's of the team are.

Freckles❤️: When do you get back to LA?

Me: We're back in LA on Wednesday for the ESPY's then I'll be in LA For the foreseeable future.

Freckles❤️: Are you not going on a vacation after the ESPY'S

Me: I don't have anyone to go with so probably not.

Me: Probably have a staycation.

Freckles❤️: Date number 2?

Me: I'd love to.

Me: I'll text you when I get to LA and we can talk all the details.

Freckles❤️: Sounds good.

Freckles❤️: Have fun in New York.

"Emma we've landed." Tobin says.

"Okay." I say as I finish texting Jessie.

After I finish texting Jessie I grab the World Cup trophy, I grab my bag, I put on one of the hats we were given, then I make sure my AirPods are secure in my ears before I follow Tobin off the plane.

Once the team is on the steps down from the plane we take a picture. We then walk down off the steps, walk along a red carpet, then we take more pictures. After we've taken all of the pictures needed we load onto the bus, wait for our luggage to be loaded, then we head to the hotel.

On the way to the hotel everyone decides who they want to share a room with, but I stay silent because I'd really like a room to myself at the moment.

Once at the hotel everyone gets off the bus, grabs their bags, then we head inside the hotel.

"Do I need to keep carrying this?" I ask.

"No." Heif says and takes the World Cup trophy from me. "We'll handle it from now on."

"Cool." I say then Jill approaches me.

"Emma it looks like you'll be by yourself." Jill says.

"That's perfect." I say then take my room key.

After I get my room key I grab my bags then I head up to my room. Once in my room I put my suitcase in the corner, take out my AirPods, then I face plant onto the bed and try to get some sleep.

Sadly someone knocks on the door before I can fall asleep

"Fuck's sake." I mumble as I walk to the door.

Once at the door I open it and come face to face with Ash, Ali, and Hope.

"What?" I ask.

"Told you she wasn't in the mood." Hope says.

"I'm tired so whatever you want to talk about you'll have to do it with me lying down." I say then I walk back to the bed and lay down.

A couple seconds later I hear the three ladies come into the room then I feel someone sit on the bed I'm laying on.

"Is this about this morning?" I ask.

"Yeah." Ash says.

"Can I say something Emma?" Hope asks then I nod. "Ash you've been a bad cousin."

"What she said." I say.

"What'd you mean?" Ash asks.

"Ever since we got to London before the world cup, Emma has had daily PTSD Panic attacks." Hope says.

"No she hasn't." Ash says so I turn my head to look at my cousin.

"Yes I have." I say.

"Why didn't you tell me?" Ash asks.

"I tried to." I say. "You were either busy with Pinoe or planning your wedding."

"Shit." Ash whispers.

"I know you have your own life to live, but..."

"I know Emma." Ash says then she comes over and lays next to me.

Once Ash is laying next to me she pulls me into her.

"Ali why don't we get out of here." Hope says then I hear two pairs of feet leave the room.

"I'm sorry Emma." Ash whispers.

"You have your own life." I say. "I can't rely on you forever."

"Until you say otherwise you can always rely on me." Ash says.

"Okay." I say then I cuddle into my cousin. "You know I can't stay mad at you."

"I know." Ash says then she kisses my head. "Now let's get some sleep."
