#29 Patronus

I write this last night before going to bed hope yoy like it. (started writing 30th November 2020)

Sorry for the wait of a new oneshot!

Summary : your patronus is the same as the person you love. But what if Remus casts a patronus will his secret be out...

(alot of Angst in this one)

Third person pov...

Remus lupin has never been in love. Well not until he met Sirius Black on the train in first year.

Sirius is the only person that Remus trusts as much as he trusts his parents,ever since Remus was bitten he didn't have friends.

He never bothered to make any until Hogwarts, in third year Remus remembers reading about Patronus'.

It's a kind of spirit to shield you against Dementors and anything else that hates happiness.

What he didn't know is it takes the same form of the person jhe lives the most.

Remus had always been scared to cast a patronus and if he did it would be a werewolf and let his secret out.

Now a fifth year Remus will have to cast one in Defence, as much as he doesn't want to be doesn't want a detention so he does it.

"Expecto Patronus"

As he spoke he thought about Sirius and all the times he made Remus laugh.

A white Silvery whisp of Air came out of his wand, when he opened his eyes Remus was surprised.

"I did it" he whispered then the white whisp started to turn into an Animal.

At firs the couldn't tell what it was  then a tail abs two dog like ears and four legs appeared.

It looks like Padfoot, "Padfoot" Sirius whispered next to Remus as he looked.

Sirius was shocked why does it look like his animegus form.

"Mr Black please cast your Patronus again" said their Professor.

Sirius nodded his head and casted his patronus.

"Expecto Patronum"

As he did the same thing happened to him.

His dog patronus looked exactly like moon's.

Both patroni began playing with each other much like moony and padfoot do on the full moon.

"Indredible" breathed their Professor, Remus then abruptly snapped back to reality and his Patronus vanished.

He didn't look sirius in the eyes as he slowly stepped back his face a pale white.

With a shuddering breath he continued backing away until he bumped into a desk he turned around and sprinted out of the classroom.

At first Sirius made no move to follow but after a shove and encouraging nod from James he was off.

Half temped go turn into Padfoot to catch up to Remus.

"Remus!" he called his name but Remus made no move to stop running "Remus come back" but Remus didn't.

Eventually Remus ran all the way to the whomping willow with Sirius hot on his tail.

Once remus got there he collapsed in a heap 9dbtears he continued to sob into his hand.

He knew his clothes will be muddy but he didn't care, he only wanted to be alone.

"Stupid stupid" cried Remus gripping his arms hard enough to draw blood threw the fabric.

"Why did it have to be a dog" he sobbed and continued to yell hurtful things at himself.

He couldn't breath, he felt the air trapped outside his body not letting him breath.

Then a pair of warm arms pulled him close, he flinched at the touch, hurting sobs still racked his chest but not as much as before.

He heard someone shushing him and running a hand through his hair calming him down.

He could breath again, he took huge gulps of air slowing calming his racing heart.

"Ssh its okay I've got you" a voice muttered into his ear, slowly he looked up and saw who was hugging him.

He choked back a sob as he saw who's arms he was in "S-Sirius" his throat was dry and stratchy.

Still soaking wet from the mud and rain, Sirius gave Remus a small smile.

"Yeah Rem it's me" he whispered to him slowly Remus aloud his body to completely melt into Sirius.

Sirius gave a sigh of relief and kisses Remus on his forehead before picking the taller boy up and half walking half limping back to Hogwarts.

So yeah, some good old Angst before going to bed I hope you liked this oneshot.
