Case of the mysterious five euro note

Rugal's soul landed in a forest somewhere in Paris. His soul hadn't awakened yet, and he was still asleep.
The body parts that he lost were now restored. The prosthetics were gone.
He laid in a crater, still glowing, in a silent Parisian forest.
Footsteps disrupted the peaceful atmosphere. The person stopped in front of the crater that Rugal laid in.
"I've come to retrieve what's mine," the man said. "You are not worthy of it."
It was Goenitz. He extended his arm and absorbed the small portion of Orochi's power that he had awarded him for surviving the attack. He was surprised to see the sudden change in Rugal's physical appearance. He was slowly turning into a woman.
"Oh yes I almost forgot about this," Goenitz said with a grin. "Well, I guess you're just gonna have to bear with it."
But still... he did feel sorry for him. He noticed that Rugal was materialising into a human state.
"What on earth are you gonna do without nothing?" Goenitz asked. "As it is you're like this..."
Goenitz realised that he wasn't completely heartless, especially since Rugal was the one that survived his attack. He really was worthy of it back then, but now...
"Your body couldn't take the power anymore..." Goenitz said, remembering how Rugal was overwhelmed by Orochi's power. He shuddered slightly when he remembered how he was vaporised by it. "But I still couldn't just leave you like this..."
He remembered how Ash and Elisabeth lived in Paris too, and how Rugal's children themselves were living there too.
"You just need some backup..." Goenitz said. "Hmm... you're bound to be hungry when you wake up..."
So he decided to help him by leaving him some money.
A five euro note.
Well, he was too poor to give anymore, currency exchange was sorta killing him.
Rugal turned back into a human. Only, he was a woman now.
He was just gonna leave the note there, next to him, but realised that it was far too windy.
Goenitz realised that Rugal was wearing the same red slacks he did before he died. Though he was turned into a woman, he was still wearing the same thing.
'Does he have pockets?' Goenitz thought.
He realised that Rugal only had back pockets. Goenitz put the note in there and fled off in his wind.
Rugal soon woke up and wandered the streets of Montmartre, with nothing but a five euro note. Well, at least he managed to get himself a sandwich and a coffee.
He eventually found his children, but then he freaked out when he found out about his condition.
And then he ran around crying.
And he eventually started bawling on the sidewalk.
And he passed out.
He was lucky that Ash and Elisabeth were hanging around there.
