Beni's birthday

1st June
Aiko yawned and walked out of her room. She stopped short when she caught sight of her brother's flaming red hair in the living room sofa.
"Niisan?" Aiko said, going towards her brother. "What time did you wake up?"
"Finally, you're up!" Iori said as soon as he saw her. He got up and started pushing her towards the kitchen. "Okay, so Beni's birthday is coming up."
"What?" Aiko said in surprise.
"Yeah, I woke up early to make plans, we need to get back at him for kidnapping me on my birthday. Come on, I made breakfast."
He sat her down on the chair at the kitchen table and opened the cloche before getting himself a serving of breakfast.
"Did you brush your teeth?" Iori asked.
"N-No, not yet," Aiko said, getting up. "I'll be right back."
She made her way to the bathroom and brushed her teeth before returning. By that time, Iori had already laid out pieces of bacon and two eggs on her plate. She chuckled and sat down in front of him.
"Can I know why you're so excited for Beni's birthday?" Aiko asked, pulling her plate closer to eat. "I'm his girlfriend, and even I'm not that excited for his birthday."
"I want my revenge," Iori said, gobbling up his breakfast. "He stole my bike, stole me, and almost killed me on my birthday. It's time for my payback."
Aiko snorted. "Actually, the bike stealing part was Kyo-nii's idea. The kidnapping part was Goro-san's idea, though."
"What about Beni's?" Iori asked, raising an eyebrow. "What was his plan?"
Aiko almost choked on her meal. "His plan was to electrocute you and bring you over."
Iori banged his fist on the table, startling her.
"See!" Iori exclaimed. "I knew it! I knew his plan would be much worse! Aiko, we're scorching him. We're toasting him, with a capital T."
Aiko started laughing.
"I don't think that's a good idea, Niisan," Aiko chuckled. "Nothing happened to you on your birthday, and I think the same goes for Beni on his birthday too."
Iori let out an exaggerated sigh. "Fine..." he finally said, running a hand down his face. "But we're still doing something on his birthday. Torture him a bit."
"Hmm... sure," Aiko agreed with a giggle. "Whatcha planning?"
Iori opened his mouth to speak, but ended up frowning instead. "I don't know..."
Aiko frowned and thought too. Iori gasped when a lightbulb went off somewhere in his head.
"What is it?" Aiko asked, interested. "What's on your mind?"
"We'll go see Dash after this," Iori said, eating quickly. "He'll have a nice idea."
Aiko shook her head with a smile and continued eating her breakfast.

"Another day, and another ditching," K' sighed and let Zayn in. "So, what's it this time?"
"Well, as we know, Max went on a date with Diana, and then there's Foxy with our girls," Zayn said, watching K' close the front door. "Where's Kriz? If he makes his move on Foxy, our girls would be spared. None of us would be ditched."
"I'm right here, ya know!" Krizalid frowned, looking up from his phone. "Why are you guys so interested in hooking me up with Foxy?"
"Because you complain about being single in your sleep, dumbo!" K' called back to him. He turned back to Zayn and started whispering. "Seriously, even last night, he was mumbling about being a single potato."
"We need to set him up," Zayn whispered back with a grin. "When's Foxy's birthday?"
"December ninth!" Krizalid called back from the couch, much to their surprise. "I can still hear you, ya know!"
"He's got sharp ears, only when we're talking about him," K' said with a grin, leading Zayn towards the sofa. "Other than that, he's as dead as a doorpost."
"You know, I still can hear you, right?" Krizalid rolled his eyes. "Always with the 'Set Kriz up with Foxy' thing."
K' and Zayn exchanged knowing looks. Krizalid grabbed the nearest object, which happened to be a cushion, and raised it to fling it at K'.
*DING DONG!*
"Saved by the bell," K' grinned and went to answer the door. He looked through the peephole and to his surprise, he literally saw red.
"Who is it?" Zayn asked, seeing how surprised K' looked.
"Something red..." K' said with a frown.
"What?" The two others echoed in unison.
"Literally something red," K' said with a shrug. He opened the door and got his explanation.
Iori was standing so close to the door, that all K' could see was Iori's red shirt.
"Oh it's you..." K' said with a laugh. "You're standing so close to the door, and all I could see was your shirt."
Iori burst into laughter and walked in with Aiko. The others started laughing when they saw what K' meant by 'something red'.
"So what's up?" Zayn asked, plopping down on the sofa, next to Krizalid. "You don't usually bring Aiko unless it's something important."
"Or a game of jumbo Monopoly," Krizalid added with a nod. "What's up?"
"Beni's birthday is coming up!" Iori said with an evil smirk. "Do you know what that means?"
"We get to torture him on his birthday," K' said, a smirk just as evil plastered on his face. "What should we do?"
"Ask Ralf to host the party," Krizalid said with a grin. "He'll know how to torture someone nicely."
Aiko panicked. "No! That would mean me! I'd be the guinea pig, and maybe Niisan would be the 'villain'!"
"She's right," Iori said with a sigh. "He doesn't have any sisters either, so Ralf's gonna use Aiko. Not an option."
"So what do we do?" Zayn asked, shifting slightly on his seat. "We need to plan something nice!"
"I have an idea," Iori said with a smirk.
