Yuri and Ryo snuck off early in the morning to meet up with Robert.
"Shisho's still asleep?" Robert asked.
"Yeah," Ryo said. "I'll go get him later. Is everything ready?"
"Yep!" Robert said. "Everything set for Vegas."
"Great!" Yuri cheered. "Let's just hope Dad doesn't go bankrupt because of the casinos."
"Is Khushnood coming?" Robert asked.
"I think he is," Ryo nodded. "He wouldn't miss a chance to hang out with us."
"I can't believe I'm saying this, but I don't think there's much to do in Vegas..." Yuri frowned. "Besides the casino and bars and hotels, that is."
"There's the Neon museum," Robert pointed out. "Hey, if you guys don't wanna hang out, we can just relax in the hotel. There's lots of fun stuff there."
"Sign me up!" Yuri grinned.
The siblings went home and picked Takuma up.
"Pack some clothes too, Dad," Ryo said. "We're going on a trip."
"Now?" Takuma asked in surprise. "And where?"
"It's a surprise," Ryo said with a smirk. "Also bring some fancy clothes."
"Okay...?" Takuma said, slightly weirded out. "For how long?"
"Four nights," Yuri shrugged. "Maybe more. But yeah."
"Four nights?!" Takuma repeated in surprise. "Who'd take care of the Restaurant and Dojo?!"
"Our workers will, Dad," Ryo sighed. "The Dojo can be closed for the time being. It's almost summer holidays, anyway."
Takuma frowned and started packing, thinking about his precious Dojo being left behind. Ryo really hoped that their trip to Las Vegas doesn't end with bankruptcy.
"Can someone just tell me where we're going?" Takuma asked when they met up at the airport. "Are we going to a different country or anything?"
"No, we're going to Vegas," Yuri grinned. "We're gonna enjoy!"
"Vegas?!" Takuma repeated in shock. "What's there besides the casinos?"
"Lots," Robert smirked. "We're staying at The Venetian Hotel."
"Why? Because you're Italian?" Ryo teased, placing his elbow on his friend's shoulder.
"I miss home a little, okay?" Robert admitted. "Now come on. We're taking my family jet. Where's Khushnood? He's supposed to be here ages ago!"
They waited for Khushnood, who came in with teriyaki chicken for everyone. They were glad for it too, since none of them brought food.
The five of them boarded the Garcia plane and started on their five-hour flight to Las Vegas. Takuma ended up falling asleep, much to the others' relief.
"What should we do for dad?" Robert asked when Yuri rejoined them on the opposite side.
"Since when did he become your father?" Ryo chuckled. "Anyway do they have Japanese food in Vegas?"
"Probably," Robert shrugged. "I think they do. I know how Shisho can't live without his miso soup and soba."
They soon grew bored and ended up playing on their phones, eating, or falling asleep too.
The Kyokugenryu practitioners landed in Vegas and took a taxi to the hotel. They actually had a lot of fun in the Venetian Hotel, riding in the gondolier and taking a walk down the imitation of the Rialto Bridge.
During the nights, they took a walk around The Strip, admiring the night scenery of Las Vegas. They stayed away from the casinos though, afraid of bankruptcy.

Rock woke up fairly early and prepared breakfast. Though the Bogards weren't really related to him, they were the only ones whom he can proudly call family.
He prepared his special clubhouse sandwiches for breakfast, and decided that he would prepare Andy's favourite meatball spaghetti with marinara sauce for lunch.
And then he took them out to Sound Beach for a spot surfing. They ended the day with a trip to their favourite Pao Pao Cafe. Of course, Richard was only too happy with the boost of customers.
Scott woke up early too, and made waffles for breakfast. The days he spent with the Bogards and Rock had really boosted his cooking skill, learning new recipes from Rock especially.
"Good Morning, Dad," Scott greeted as soon as his father stepped into the kitchen. "Have as seat, I'm making raspberry pancakes."
Mr. Patton smiled and sat down on a barstool by the kitchen island.
"Smells really good," Mr. Patton complimented.
Scott smiled at him and flipped a pancake on the pan.
Right after breakfast, Scott made his father get dressed, and brought him to Dream Amusement Park. They had lots of fun, and even bought some souvenirs for the Bogards.
They also couldn't get enough of the snacks sold there. From cotton candy to corn dogs, they ate them. Eventually, they got really tired out, and went home for dinner. Mr. Patton ended up ordering takeout, with Scott insisting on paying for it since it was Father's Day.
Even Kasumi and Mizuho treated their father out that day.
For breakfast, lunch and dinner, they made him sit down in his restaurant, and served him his favourite meals. Then that night, they took him out for group Karaoke. Though Ryuhaku preferred solo, he still enjoyed his daughters' company. They took him to Kyokugenryu Barbecue that night, but was surprised to find that none of the Kyokugenryu practitioners were there.
"They're out on a holiday, Mr. Todoh," one of the waitresses informed. "They left the restaurant with us for about four days until they return."
"Where did they go?" Ryuhaku asked.
"Vegas," the waitress replied with a smile.
'Kyokugenryu's done for,' Ryuhaku chuckled, imagining his old friend going crazy on the casinos and wasting his money on gambling. But of course, Takuma knew better than that. Anyone who's stingy with their money would not give them away, especially when it came to gambling.
Hotaru and Gato rigged something up for their father too. They took Mr. Futaba out to Karuta for lunch, much to the Todohs' surprise, and then took him to Chinatown for shopping. They bought their father a nice new changshan, and Gato couldn't help but take one for himself too. Hotaru insisted on paying for both.
That night, they took him to Restaurant L'Amor for dinner. Mr. Futaba stayed away from the frog legs, since he thought they might even spring to life as soon as he stabbed a fork through them.
But of course, they enjoyed the french desserts served there.
Hey guys! Sorry for the short chapter lol. I'm kinda on a deadline here. I'm planning to write a chapter for the Tekken book, one for Southtown side in KOF, one for Japan side KOF, DOA, Nancy Drew X Hardy Boys, and maybe one for Emo Girl too. So yeah. This is just the second one.
Anyway, I hope you guys enjoy!
