"Where's Terry?" Iori asked as soon as he walked into the room that Rock shared with Ash. Scott was there too, sitting and talking with them. "Is he next door?"
"No, Mary somehow brainwashed him to go on a date with her," Rock smirked. "So we can carry out our plan in peace."
Iori smirked. "You have the gift, right?"
"Yeah, I do."
"Let's get this show on the road."
"Wait, he's helping us too?" Scott asked in surprise.
"Terry's my old friend, I've known him longer than you, boy," Iori pointed out with a grin. "Alright, come on. You two wanna carry out this plan or not?"
Ash smirked. "Go on, I'll take care of everything here."
"Thanks, Ash," Rock grinned. "You're the best."
"The best party planner, I know," Ash grinned proudly. "People from all over the world want me to plan parties. I even got a call to plan a party in Germany."
"We know, we came," Rock rolled his eyes. He pulled Scott and turned back to Iori. "Come on, Mr. Iori. Let's roll."
"Wait, let me get my dad!" Scott said, running to the room opposite Rock's. "If Terry sees that he's here when you tell him you're with us, we're done for!"
"Hey, you're right," Rock agreed. He turned back to Iori. "Mr. Iori, come on."
Iori nodded and followed them as they went to the opposite room. Mr. Patton was very confused at what was going on.
"Scott, tell him, Iori and I need to do something," Rock informed, running off with Iori. "See you guys later!"

Rock and Iori arrived at the lobby and went straight to the receptionist. Rock handed a box to the receptionist.
"This is for my father, give it to him when he comes later," Rock informed. "And if he asks who sent it, say that someone delivered it, okay? It's his birthday today, and I want it to be a surprise."
"Sure, no problem," the receptionist smiled. "I won't breathe a word about it."
Rock grinned. "Thanks!"
They heard footsteps and turned to see K' and Seirah coming out of the lift, the latter carrying a large makeup bag. Scott and his father came out next.
"Great, let's go," Rock said. "I really appreciate you guys' help."
"No biggie, we do this all the time," Seirah chuckled. "Anyway, come on. Andy's on site, right?"
"Yeah, he's already at Chang'an Park," Rock said. "We need to prepare Iori now."
"Wait, so we have to go upstairs? Again?" Iori asked in surprise.
"Uh... sorta... we need to disguise you guys first..." Rock sheepishly stated. "You guys come in later..."
Whip sighed. "Great, so I wasted my time bringing this down."
"Sorry, Miss Whip..." Rock apologised, rubbing the back of his neck. "I'll tray you guys to some dim sum later, okay?"
They went back upstairs and went to Rock and Ash's room again. Ash was surprised to see them come in again, this time with a gang.
"Wait, I thought you guys were already in action or something?" Ash asked, confused.
"We still have something to do," Rock sighed. "Miss Whip?"
"Yeah, I'm on it," Seirah sat next to Iori and started working on changing his looks. Ash eagerly leaned forward to look, even K'.
To Ash's surprise, K' offered him some of his fried chicken potato chips.
"Thanks!" Ash grinned, eating some as he watched Seirah practically transform Iori. "Whoa... hey, can you do that to me too? I wanna see if Betty can still recognise me."
"Not now, Ash," Seirah chuckled. "Right now, we have a party."
She was soon done with Iori and K' excused himself, saying he had to do something too.
"Where's he going?" Ash asked.
"I'm not very sure..." Rock frowned. "He said he wanted to join in with a disguise too, but he's leaving now."
"Oh..." Ash shrugged. "Maybe he left his beef jerky behind."
"I'll go change my clothes," Iori said, going to the room next door. "Need to match the outfit."
He went next door and was glad that Aiko was out. He quickly changed into a black shirt and coat, together with black jeans, and looked at himself in the mirror.
"Well, I can barely recognise myself like this, let alone Terry," Iori said to himself, combing his fingers through his hair before putting a black wig on. "There, unrecognisable."
He went back next door, earning strange looks from everyone else. Ash almost threw him out.
"Who are you?" Ash demanded. "Why are you coming out of Yagami's room?"
"I am his friend, a reporter, Ojisan," Iori smirked, whipping out a notebook and pencil. "I'm here to ask about Terry Bogard. It's his birthday or something, today?"
Rock understood and led him out. "Oh, this isn't his room, Sir. He's probably downstairs."
And with that, he promptly led Iori out of the room.
"Hey, you do know it's me, right?" Iori asked as Rock led him towards the lift.
"I know, but for some reason, I didn't want Ash to know," Rock smirked. "Come on, now where's Dash."
A man cleared his throat behind them. They both turned and saw a dark-skinned man with black hair and brown eyes. He wore round thin-framed black specs over them.
"Excuse me, I'm looking for someone named... Aiko Yagami?" The man said, much to Iori's surprise. "I need to talk to her about... to ask her what it's like being supermodel Benimaru's girlfriend."
Iori's eyes squinted. "Who are you?"
"A reporter from... Flame Gazette," the man smirked. "I really need this interview. Do you know where I could find her?"
"Back off, or you're gonna regret it," Iori spat. "Even Beni will tear you apart if he hears of this."
The alleged reporter started laughing. Laughing so hard that he was gasping for air when he was done.
"Oh my gosh, I can't believe you actually fell for that, Yagami!" Iori instantly recognised him. "Oh my gosh!"
"You!" Iori started shaking him by the shoulders. "What did you do to yourself?"
"Whatever you did! But without the makeup," K' smirked. "Also, how's your uncle holding up at Chang'an, Rock?"
"He's helping himself to baozi after baozi," Rock chuckled. "I hope he doesn't stuff himself so much till he can't run..."
"Pretty sure that's what he's gonna do," Iori smirked. "That poor kid, Scott. You guys scared him real well that day."
"Oh yeah, I have to call them," Rock quickly pulled his phone out to call him. "Scott, get over here. Iori and Dash are done. We're waiting at the lift lobby."
Scott and his father came out and met with them.
"Are these really Dash and Mr. Yagami?" Scott asked in surprise.
"How do we look?" Iori grinned, putting his elbow on K's shoulder.
"Very different," Mr. Patton chuckled. "Come on, what are we supposed to do?"
Rock's phone started ringing with a call from Mary. He immediately answered. "What is it, Mary?"
"Rock, Terry's on his way up!" Mary warned. "I'm telling you this in case you guys are in the middle of something!"
"Oh my gosh, thanks for the heads up!" Rock said before hanging up. He turned to the rest. "Guys, we need to hide! Terry's on his way up!"
The five of them quickly ran to hide in a corner. Rock, Scott, and his father crouched while Iori and K' stood in front of them, facing the wall. Good thing they did that since the lift opened and out came Terry. He didn't seem to notice the two strange men standing in the corner for no particular reason as he came out, holding the package that Rock had left him.
As soon as he disappeared into the passage, the five of them ran to the lift and pressed the button to go down.
"That was close!" Rock exclaimed. "Oh my gosh! Luckily Mary warned us!"
They went downstairs and got into the SUV that Elisabeth had rented, with permission of course, and went straight to Chang'an Park. Scott's father decided to stay behind since... well he didn't fancy coming with them for no reason.
And Scott didn't want him to think they were doing something dangerous.
Not long after, Rock's phone suddenly rang. He put the call in speaker mode.
"Yo, Terry!" Rock cheerfully said as soon as he answered. "Happy Birthday! Sorry, I forgot to wish you, Scott pulled me off while you weren't around."
"Where are you?" Terry asked.
"At the Hebei Museum, with Scott and his dad."
"Oh... okay... did you order anything and have it sent under my name?"
"No...?"
"Oh..."
"Is everything okay? You sound kinda forlorn."
There was a pause before Terry spoke again. "I just received a parcel. The receptionist said it's for me, but what's written on it is Legendary Wolf."
"Then it must be for you, Terry. What's in it?"
"I haven't opened it yet..."
"Why not?"
"What if it's something sinister?"
"Something sinister?" Rock smirked, exchanging knowing looks with the others. "Like what?"
"Like... a bomb or something." Terry worriedly whispered the word 'bomb' as if something might happen.
Rock couldn't help but laugh. "Oh come on, Terry! You seriously think it's a bomb?"
"Okay, okay, I'll open it, alright?"
"Yeah sure, tell me as soon as you have. Also, have you eaten? It's lunchtime."
"Yes, I have. I went to a shop just now with Mary."
"That's good, then. By the way, I have to go. Mr. Patton's suggesting lunch too. Bye!"
He quickly hung up and turned to the rest. "Now to Chang'an."
