Lady Billy (non-canon)

The Kanes were finally done after a long day of laundry business.
"Phew, that's the last of it," Lilly said, wiping her forehead. "Billy, can you help me deliver this?"
Billy took the last load and strapped it onto his bike. He rode off to the home that the owner of the clothing lived in. He delivered the clothes and returned home, tired.
"Laundry business if fun and all, but it definitely is tiring," Billy told his sister. "But I love it."
Lilly agreed with him too. They went to bed and Billy had a nightmare. A little yellow robot came to him and pushed him into a river.
"Beat your biggest rival to get out of this," The robot said before going away.
He up on his bed and realised it just a dream. It was early in the morning and Billy could smell the tasty bacon omelets that Lilly was making.
He made his way to the kitchen and saw his sister cooking the egg on a pan.
Billy opened the fridge and took out a milk carton to drink. Lilly heard the sound of the fridge opening and greeted her brother.
"Good morning, Billy," Lilly greeted, turning around to see her brother's figure covered behind the fridge door. "Finally awake, I see?"
Billy closed the door and went to his sister. She looked at him in surprise.
"What's wrong, Lilly?" Billy asked. "You look like you've seen a ghost!"
He looked confused too. His voice sounded a lot different.
"Billy?" Lilly asked. "Is that you?"
"Yeah but I don't know what happened to my voice," Billy said, confused. "Maybe it's the milk..."
Lilly took the omelet out of the stove and pulled Billy to the mirror in the living room. Billy looked at himself in shock. His hair was long, his face was different but most of all, he was a girl.
"What happened to me?" Billy asked as if Lilly knew. "Who did this?"
"Not me," Lilly said with a shrug. "What did you do?"
Billy started thinking. He remembered the dream he had.
"I dreamt that a yellow robot pushed me into a river," Billy said. "It said if I wanted to get out, I have to beat my biggest rival to get out of it. And then I woke up."
"I think the robot did this to you," Lilly concluded. "Who's you're biggest rival?"
"Yagami!" Billy exclaimed. "I have to look for him and beat him!"
"Are you sure he'll agree?" Lilly asked doubtfully.
"Maybe, I dunno," Billy said with a shrug. "Terry says he turned over a new leaf."
He and Lilly went to Terry's house. They knocked on the door and Rock answered them with a toothbrush in his mouth. His eyes widened when he saw them.
"Rock, where's Terry?" Lilly asked. "Could you bring him?"
Rock nodded and took the toothbrush out of his mouth to call Terry. Terry came and looked at them in surprising.
"Is she your other sister?" Terry asked, seeing Billy. "She looks like a girl version of Billy!"
"I am Billy," Billy said, annoyed. "Where's Yagami?"
They explained everything to Terry and he looked at them in surprise.
"Are you saying this chick is BILLY?!" Terry exclaimed in shock. "Billy! With that look, you can be a model!"
"Quit fooling around, Terry," Billy said, annoyed. "Please, call Yagami."
"And what?" Terry asked, crossing his arms. "Call him here and say 'Billy wants to heat you because he's a girl'?"
"Terry, please!" Billy begged. "Just call him!"
Terry sighed and took his phone out to call Iori. He spoke to him over the phone and he agreed to come. He didn't mention about Billy's condition to him though.
"He'll be here in an hour," Terry said, much to their surprise.
"That's fast..." Billy said in surprise. "How? Is he already here?"
"Uh..." Terry said, thinking if he should reveal Iori's secret transportation device. He settled for saying he didn't know. "I'm not actually sure about that..."
An hour later, Iori and K' were knocking on the front door of the Bogard home, sipping some cold coffee. Terry answered them and let them in.
"So what's the urgency?" Iori asked.
"See for yourself," Terry said, leading them to Billy.
Billy was sitting down with his staff, anxiously waiting for Iori. He quickly grabbed his staff when he saw Iori.
"Yagami!" Billy exclaimed. "I need to defeat you."
"Alright, who are you, woman?" Iori asked, surprised and annoyed at the same time. "What do you want with me?"
"Yagami, this is Billy," Terry explained. "Some robot turned him into a girl."
They explained the story to him and Iori and K' listened sleepily. The Americans realised their sleepy looks.
"Are you guys okay?" Terry asked. "You guys look half-dead."
"We're exhausted," K' said. "I was trying to sleep when Iori dragged me out of bed."
"What time is it in your country?" Billy asked.
"Way past midnight," Iori said. "I know my clan represents the moon and what-not but I'm still human no matter what."
"Perfect," Billy said with a smirk. "I can easily beat you."
"Whatever, lets just get this over with," Iori said, putting his coffee down before getting into his fighting stance. "Come on."
"Whoa whoa not here," Andy said, coming in suddenly. "Come, I'll drop you guys in the nearby dojo."
He drove them to the dojo and they fought. Iori decided to go easy on him, for the sake of Billy restoring his gender. Also, he wasn't in the mood to fight I'm such sleepy state. Iori ended up falling asleep when he was defeated.
Billy managed to beat him and suddenly he started glowing. He was changing back to normal. He went back to normal and Lilly ran to hug him.
"Billy!" Lilly exclaimed. "You're back to normal!"
"It feels good," Billy said, relieved. "Gosh, thanks Yagami. Yagami?"
Iori was still unconscious on the ground. Terry and Billy went to him to see if he was okay. To his surprise, Iori let out snores.
"He's fast asleep!" Terry exclaimed, amused. "Poor guy must be exhausted!"
"K', could you help him get home?" Billy asked, turning to the other man.
He didn't get an answer and wasn't even surprised to see him fast asleep too.
"You know what?" Terry said, carrying Iori. "Bring him to my home. Let them crash in my place until they wake up."
They brought them to Terry's home and put them to bed.
