28th March
Terry and his brother were wondering what the heck he should do for Joe's birthday. After all, he seemed to like nothing besides alligator bits and getting drunk. His hobby was literally drunk-brawling.
"What do we do?" Terry sighed, leaning against his sofa.
Andy shrugged. "I don't know. Maybe we should just take him to Pao Pao or Illusion for a treat. He'll definitely like that."
"Enough about that, you guys have to eat first!" Rock barged in, an apron over his t-shirt and shorts. "Come on, guys!"
The brothers just looked at each other. Rock sighed and pulled the two men to the dining room to eat. He made tacos with fruit cocktails to wash them down.
"It's really good, Rock," Terry said as he ate.
"Thanks!" Rock grinned. "Also, what are you guys planning to do for Joe?"
"We have to choose between Pao Pao Cafe and Illusion Bar," Terry shrugged.
"I think Pao Pao will be better," Andy chimed in. "They serve Joe's favourite food and stuff."
"I agree with that," Rock nodded. "I don't know how to cook alligator and stuff."
"He's got a point..." Terry chuckled. "Alright, I'll book a party at Pao Pao tomorrow night."

"Mom, Dad, Kasumi's birthday is tomorrow," Mizuho said as she entered her parents' room. "What should we do?"
Shizuko closed the door, locking it. "There's Pao Pao Cafe? Maybe we can bring Kasumi there."
"Good idea too..." Ryuhaku frowned thoughtfully. "Do they have Croquet Napolitan?"
"They do," Mizuho nodded.
"Oden?"
"They do," Mizuho nodded again.
"Sake?"
"Yes, Dad."
"Japanese wine?"
"Yep."
"Haku, they have everything," Shizuko chuckled. "It would be perfect!"
Ryuhaku shrugged. "Sure then. Pao Pao Cafe sounds great."
Mizuho smirked. "We'll take her there tomorrow."

Terry made arrangements to have a party at Pao Pao Cafe. A private party that would run the whole day.
"This is Joe's dream come true," Lilly laughed when she saw the amount of beer ordered. "He'll be swimming in these in no time."
"And if he dares hurt my precious Lilly, even in his drunk state, he's my washboard tonight," Billy growled.
Rock nudged Andy. "Are you guys sure this is a good idea?"
"I hope so," Andy whispered back. "Terry really went overboard with the beer."
Rock shuddered, imagining Billy stuffing Joe into a giant bucket, using his face as a washboard for his laundry business. He nudged his father instead.
"Terry, are you sure this much beer is a good idea?" Rock whispered. "Making Joe blackout drunk in front of his potential brother-in-law doesn't sound very smart..."
Terry smirked. "Not if the 'potential brother-in-law is as drunk as a skunk too!"
"Terry!" Rock snorted.
"What, that's a good plan, isn't it?" Terry grinned.

The party was in full swing with Joe even dancing around. Surprisingly, he still remained sober enough to not challenge anyone to a fight. Billy didn't really notice, since he was the one who was senselessly intoxicated. Lilly chuckled when Joe danced with her while her brother was trying to challenge Richard to a fight.
"Billy, I'm busy," Richard kept saying. "How much did you even drink? Bob, get that futon. We need to dispose of this guy away."
"That wouldn't be necessary, Rich," Billie quickly said, pulling her boyfriend away. "Billy, come on."
She dragged him away and decided to have a dance with him near Lilly and Joe instead. Terry was very happy that his plan worked.
"I don't understand... did you spike his drinks or something?" Rock suddenly asked. "Like... Joe clearly drank more than Billy. Why is he still sober while Billy... he's not quite himself..."
"I honestly have no idea too," Terry chuckled. "Maybe has to do with the fact that Lilly threatened to freeze him solid or with the fact that Billy threatened to turn him into a washboard!"
Rock shrugged and went towards Hotaru and Gato instead.
"Hi Hotaru, hi Niisama," Rock greeted as he sat with them.
Hotaru snorted. "I still can't with the fact you're calling him Niisama too."
Rock smirked. "What can I say? The only other name I have for him is..."
"Don't say it," Gato scowled.
"Cat," Rock grinned. "Meow."
Gato growled at him. Rock promptly left, laughing.
"What did you do?" Andy asked when Rock ran straight to him, leaving Gato to glare after him.
Rock gave him a mischievous smirk. "Meow."
Andy sighed, rolling his eyes. "I should've known..."
"Well, yeah!" Rock laughed. "What does Gato mean in Spanish and Portuguese?"
"I know, I know, it means cat, doesn't it?"
"Precisely!"
Rock then started doing the chicken dance for some reason. Andy sighed and called to his brother. "Terry, did Rock touch the beers?"
Terry raised his eyebrow, making his way towards them. "What do you mean?"
"He's acting like a drunk, Terry," Andy groaned. "Did he drink anything?"
"No, I... I don't know," Terry said, examining Rock. "Blow on my face. I need to know if you've been doing stuff you weren't supposed to behind my back."
Rock smirked and did as he was said. All Terry got was the scent of fried chicken.
"Okay, your breath stinks," Terry shook his head. "He didn't drink anything. But what's wrong with you, Rock?"
Rock shrugged, making it like a sort of dance. Terry snorted and left them.
"So he's leaving you with me... again..." Andy sighed.
Rock laughed manically, shaking him by the shoulders.
"Rock, you sure didn't drink anything?" Andy asked, slightly concerned for his adoptive nephew.
"Only water and punch," Rock shrugged. "Unless someone spiked the punch bowl, I'm good."
"I don't think that's likely," Andy heaved a sigh of relief. "Also, stop messing around!"
Rock smirked and decided to go to the bar to order some food instead.

"This place?" Ryuhaku asked when they arrived at the bright neon lights that read Pao Pao Cafe.
"Yes," Mizuho grinned. "Come on, Kasumi. Eat as much as you want. It's all on... Dad!"
"Hey!" Ryuhaku groaned. Mizuho smirked, pointing at Kasumi. He just sighed. "Fine..."
They went towards the entrance and to their dismay, a giant sign told them it was closed for a private party.
"Oh no..." Ryuhaku groaned. "What now?"
"I... I don't know..." Mizuho said, equally worried.
"Wait, you guys didn't book this?" Kasumi asked in surprise.
"No, we just wanted to bring you in," Mizuho sighed. "Turns out, someone already booked."
Shizuko frowned and made their way to the guard at the front. "Excuse me, what time does this party finish?"
"It goes through the whole day, ma'am," the guard said, much to the Todohs' dismay. "Cafe only opens as usual tomorrow."
"Nooo!" Mizuho exaggeratedly exclaimed. "How?!"
"Who booked this party?" Shizuko asked again. "Anyone we know?"
"Might," the guard shrugged. "The Bogards booked it for their friend's birthday. Joe or something?"
"Of course!" Kasumi gasped. "How could I have forgotten that Joe shares the same birthday as me?"
Shizuko turned back to her daughter. "Mizu, it's only Terry and his brother. Maybe we can ask them to let us in."
"I'll call him right away," Mizuho said, taking her phone out.

Terry downed his second beer mug and let out a loud burp, instantly hoping that no one noticed. His phone suddenly rang in his pocket, making him take it out and see that the caller was Mizuho Todoh.
"Hello?" Terry said as soon as he picked up.
"Terry, this is Mizuho," Mizuho said rather frantically. "We're outside now, can you let us in? It's Kasumi's birthday too... and we really wanted to bring her here."
"Is that so..." Terry nodded thoughtfully. "Aight, gimme a minute. I'll be there in a jiffy."
He went to the entrance and let the Todohs in.
"Thanks, Terry!" Mizuho grinned. "Come on, Kasumi! Let's cut the cake first."
So they ordered a birthday cake, and ended up sharing it with the rest of the party instead. Joe and Kasumi even ended up taking pictures together for being the birthday babies that day. Of course, Billy and Lilly almost always managed to sneak into their pictures.
"We need to get Kasumi a guy..." Lilly frowned thoughtfully. "Need to hunt..."
"I'll help," Billy smirked.
Billy just stood nearby, rolling her eyes. "Guys, they're just the birthday babies. Of course, they're gonna take pictures together."
"Still, she needs a guy..." Lilly narrowed her eyes. "Billie, any male friends who would suit her?"
Billie just sighed. "I don't even know much about this Kasumi girl, let alone a guy that would suit her."
They still enjoyed the rest of the party anyway.
