Harper is standing in the middle of the pavement with her hands up whilst Tony and Capp look up. There is currently a man pointing a gun at Harper she wants to stand up for herself but considering what happened the last time she thinks that it's best to leave it. You see Kelly sneaking up on the gunman and he tackles him to the ground as he goes to stand up the man quickly grabs his gun and shoots Kelly. "Kelly!" Harper shouts "Shut it princess or you will be next!" The gunman says "Okay, is that your friend on the bridge?" Harper says "What do you think? No I put him there!" The gunman answers "Okay and why did you do that?" Harper asks "JUST SHUT UP PRINCESS!" The gunman says "Okay but I can help him I can get him down" Harper says looking over at Kelly "I don't want to get him down" the gunman says walking away a little bit "Capp I need you to bring the rig up here" Harper says quietly through the radio "On it" Capp replies. Capp and Tony jump in the truck and bring it up. The noise of the ruck distracts the man and Harper talked him to the ground grabbing the gun from his hand. Just then the police arrive "What's going on here?" The policeman says "You too late your guys already to go" Harper says running over to Kelly. She notices that Kelly has been shot in the back and is bleeding heavily. She puts her hand over the wound. "Why didn't Main send an ambulance!" Harper asks "I'll send for one Bailey, Calm down!" Capp says "Careful Capp!" Harper says angrily "At least I'm not in love with my Luitenent!"capp says "What did you just say to me!" Harper responds "That's the only reason your even filling in for Cruz, it because Kelly put in a good name for you!" Capp says "Your way out of line Capp!" Harper says walking towards him "Now I'm trying to save your Luitenent so get out of my business for five seconds and let me save Kelly!" Harper says looking at him dead in the eye until she goes back to Kelly. And ambulance arrives and takes Kelly to med and shortly after that Truck arrives. Harper is sitting in squad. Herrmann and Casey appear at the door of squad. "You okay Bailey?" Casey asks "If Capp could get off my back then I'll be fine" Harper says coldly "What happened kid" Herrmann asks "He is on my Case about being in love with Kelly and that's the only reason that I'm filling in for Cruz" Harper replies "I'll have a word with him" Casey says "It's fine I'm just fed up of all this crap!" Harper says "Come on you can ride back with us" Casey says. They all make their way to truck and arrive back at 51. "Are u sure you don't wanna go to med Bailey ?" Boden asks "I'm sure, Kelly is in surgery anyway and your already short handed on squad" Harper says "About that, I know it's a long shot but I'm gonna need you to be acting Luitenent until Kelly comes back" Boden says "That's fine" Harper replies. Harper then goes up to the apparatus floor and passes the squad table. "You still mad at me Bailey?" Capp says laughing "It's Luitenent to you now!" Harper replies looking at him dead in the eye "They seriously gave you Luitenent whilst the big mans away, Favouritism!" Capp says enthusiastically "How's this for favouritism, I want squad looking spotless by the end of sift and that's in...2 hours so you better get your asses up of those chairs and start cleaning!" Harper says Whilst waking away "You can't" Capp goes to say just as he is interrupted by Harper "2 Hours Capp!" Harper replies "Wow your working them really hard you could teach Casey a thing or two" Dawson says nudging Caseys arm "Capp thinks he's smart so I'm proving him wrong, I'm not that mean all the time" Harper says laughing "Ohh let's take a picture to celebrate your first day as an acting Luitenent!" Dawson says. Dawson then gets Casey to take a picture of them both in fire fighting jackets in front of truck 81. "3...2...1 say cheese!" Casey says "Cheese!" Dawson and Harper say before Casey takes the picture!
