Her Eyes || Draco Malfoy

The great hall fell silent in disbelief of the name that just came out of Dumbledores mouth.

I looked back at Draco whos eyebrows were furrowed in both anger and confusion, his lips slightly parted as his tounge wetting his once dry lips.

"I can feel you staring Iris" he hissed causing my cheeks to turn red as I shot my eyes forward again as I slipped my hand into the blonde's hesitantly.

I watched as Dumbledore looked around the room searching for the brunette before yelling his name louder than the last.

"Harry Potter!"

Suddenly all eyes fell on him as he got up being pushed forward by Hermonie, I observed the trio carefully trying to read what they could be feeling before snickering silently.

"He's a cheat!" I yelled as Harry walked past us causing Draco to chuckle, his chest vibrating against my back as he pulled me further onto his leg.

His arms tighted around my waist as he rested his chin on my shoulder watching Harry slowly walk past the Professors and standing with the three other chosen champions.

Draco scoffed loudly as we left the great hall after being dismissed. Slipping his arm around my shoulder I threw my head back groaning loudly.

"Does everything have to be about him?!" I complained as we walked back to the dungeons where our common room was.

Ruby turned around to face Draco and I as he pushed my head forward so I could see where I was walking.

I watched as the red haired girl who was walking backwards so she could face is walked straight into another boy causing both of them to fall.

I tried my best to contain my laughter but when Draco lost it, cracking up laughing so did I.

She glared at us both as she got back onto her feet apologizing to the boy who just rolled his eyes, saying something under his breath and walking away leaving Ruby flustered.

She glared at us as she grabbed her bag throwing it back over her shoulder "I hate both of you so much" she hissed as she continued walking her back facing us after learning her lesson.

"You love me" Draco joked with a proud smile, I didn't need to look over to know he did.

Ruby smirked shaking her head as she looked back at me flickering her eyes between the blonde and I "just because Iris does, doesn't mean I do" she told Draco as my face turned bright red and I became a flustered, stuttering mess.

"I- I- Wha- I- uh" I stuttered looking over at Draco with slightly widened eyes "help" I begged as he shook his head proudly pulling me closer to me.

I threw my head down "you didn't deny it Iris" Ruby teased as we reached the common room and I covered my face with my hands to hide how red I was.

Peering through my fingers as we walked to the couch slowly dropping my hands. I plopped down next to Draco with my back against the arm rest of the couch I placed my legs onto his as he smirked.

He seemed happy after Ruby's statement and I looked down at my hands, playing with my fingers nervously as I got lost in my own mind.

I brought my eyes to him for a moment as he looked ahead talking to Ruby, smiling when he glanced over to me before I looked back down shyly.

I couldn't stop thinking about what Ruby said eariler, she was right, I do love him at least I think I do. I don't know much about love or what it feels like but the way he made me feel, how happy I was with him I knew I did love him.

But I wasn't sure if he loved me, I wasn't sure what it felt like to be loved by someone else.

I felt Draco grip my thigh, rubbing it with his thumb making me look at him in the eye as he gave me a confused look tilting his head slightly.

Eventually he shook his head shrugging his shoulder before looking back at Ruby and continuing their conversation.

Draco smiled looking down for a moment when I wrapped my hand around his bicep pulling him closer to me bringing my lips to his ear.

"I'm your girl, I'm yours" I whispered, watching as his cheeks turned pink when he looked over at me biting back his smile before replying, not as quiet as I was.

"and I'm yours"

It became our thing, it definitely became my way of saying I loved him, that I'd only love him.

I smiled, giggling when I heard Ruby squealing loudly as she jumped up, probably to go look for Ivy and Pansy.

My eyes stayed locked on the blondes eyes as he moved sitting up not hiding his smile anymore as he looked down at my hand before grabbing it gently and putting his serpent ring onto my fingers, seeing where it fit best before placing it onto my thumb.

I smiled at the gesture before lacing our fingers together and moving to lay my head onto his shoulder when I looked at him.

One day I thought to myself, one day I'll say it, make it official with him.

One day, I'll be his girlfriend officially
