"Those wishing to join the inquisitorial squad for extra credit may sign up in the high inquisitor's office"

Draco had a proud smile on his face as he looked up at the plaque on the wall and it made me smile when I wrapped my arm around his, holding his hand in mine with our fingers laced together.

I placed my head onto his shoulder as I looked up at the thing he was looking at before sighing "you're going to join aren't you" I guessed and he nodded in response, making me more conflicted about if I should join Harry's classes or not.

I knew Draco wouldn't force me to join the inquisitorial squad but he still would ask me to join once he did join, I knew he would so I was on Umbridges good side.

He pulled me to Umbridges office and told me to wait while him and a handfull of other students went in to join the squad, Pansy and Ruby included.

I thought about Harry's offer from a few days before as I waited for them to come back out, I thought about the pros and cons, what would happen if I was caught and what would happen if I wasn't.

I'd be prepared to fight whatever was out there, I'd be stronger than I already was even though my father wanted to teach me dark magic like Draco was.

But if I was caught I could be punished by the dark lord, I could loose my boyfriend and friends. Which was something I didn't want at all.

I knew why Umbridge created this squad and it was because she was suspicious, she wanted to catch Harry in the act and punish him and whoever else involved.

In my eyes; I was torn into two people, one wanted to help Harry knowing the more people the better but the other didn't want to risk loosing the people closest to me.

I sighed knowing my answer clearly now, I'd give them a chance, go to one meeting and decide that way, I'd find Harry later and tell him.

I rested my head against the wall and turned to look at Draco as he walked out, a smug proud smile on his face as he walked up to me as I copied his expression.

"You seem happy with yourself" the comment came out more sarcastic then I had intended but it didn't seem to faze the blonde when he nodded lightly.

"I am"

A smile found its way onto my lips as I leaned in to kiss his cheek "good, I like seeing you happy" my voice was soft as I traced his cheek with my thumb while lacing my fingers with his once more.

I looked ahead at the boy who I called my home and raised my other hand to his badge now on his robe as he wore it proudly.

"I mean it, seeing you happy is the best thing to me" his hand moved to rest on the center of my back as he walked forward moving out of the way of the passing students.

He looked down at me before leaning down to meet my lips, his hand rested on my cheek forcing me to tilt my head up so he could deepen the kiss.

I was his princess and he always made sure everyone knew that even if it meant kissing me randomly in the corridors or wrapping his arm around me protectivly.

I placed my hands on the back of his neck and smiled into the kiss letting the scent of green apples and his calone fill my nose.

"Well lucky you, you make me happy" he told me as I broke away from the kiss, I felt my cheeks heat up and I looked away biting back my smile.

I started wearing contacts more often because I hated what I looked like with glasses, though Draco loved it telling me I looked adorable with them on.

"Well if it isn't slytherin's very own Prince and Princess" I dropped my arms and shot my head over to the side before grabbing onto Draco's hand.

Cormac had a smug look on his face and shook his head "don't you two just look so happy— how disgusting" he spat looking me up and down before licking his lips.

Draco gripped my hand tightly and moved to stand infront of me "should I take away points from gryffindor for being an insufferable half blood?" Hissed the blonde and I didn't stop him because I would have done the same.

"You wouldn't"

"Oh yeah? Watch me! 50 points from Gryffindor 25 for being the stupidest gryffindor I have met and 25 just because I could"

Cormac's face ran pale and he cursed under his breath but Draco only laughed and shoved past the brunette who turned to hex the blonde next to me when I pulled him to the side making him dodge it.

"Another 25 for trying to hex a prefect, watch it McLaggen don't make me dock the rest of your houses points just because of you're inability to mind your own business" Draco threatened as he turned around unamused with the gryffindor who let a dry laugh leave his lips.

"You won't be docking house points when I have your girlfriend in my bed screaming my name" My heart stopped and I looked over at Draco who was red in the face with anger "and trust me Malfoy thats a promise"

Then another 25 points was docked from McLaggen who now lost Gryffindor house 100 points just because hes a git.
