We laid there for a while before we decided to go shower. I loved how my hair and makeup looked today, but I was so ready to wash my face and rinse the hairspray out of my hair.
"Shit." I said as I stood up. "What's wrong?" Colby asked as I frowned. "My stuff is in the other room." I said with a sigh. "Here, just put this on and we can go get it." He said and handed me his dress shirt.
"You're okay with me walking around a hotel half naked?" I asked and put the white shirt on. "I'll be with you. Nobody touches my wife without getting through me." He said as my heart fluttered at the name.
Wife.
I was Colby's wife now.
"Okay, let's go then." I said as he put a tank top on along with some sweats. Colby took my hand then led the way to the room that the girls were staying in.
When we knocked on the door Ki answered. "Well look who it is." She said as I waved. "Hey, I need my stuff." I said with a laugh as she squinted at Colby.
"No boys allowed." She said causing me to laugh. "Wow, Ki." Colby said as I shook my head. "I'll be right back." I said to Colby then walked into the room.
"So? How was it?" Ki asked as I shook my head. "I'm not telling you." I said then went into the room that my stuff was in. "Come on! I wanna hear alllll of the details." She said and jumped on the bed as I collected my stuff.
"The only thing I'll tell you is that it was amazing like always." I said then went into the bathroom and grabbed my stuff from in there.
"That's so boring!" Ki said as Devyn came into the room. "Oh! Violet! How was it?" She asked as I laughed. "You guys are exhausting." I said then zipped my bag and grabbed my parents wedding book.
"I'll see you guys later." I said then left the room. "Don't get pregnant! Or do! You'd have cute kids!" Ki called out as I rolled my eyes playfully.
"Not any time soon!" I called out before opening the door to reveal Colby. "You didn't change?" He asked and took in my appearance. "No, I wanna shower." I said then took his hand.
"Can I join?" He asked as I shrugged. "If you want to." I said then winked at him as we walked to our room.
When we got to the room I set my stuff down then looked at Colby. "Wanna come with?" I asked with a grin. "Hell yeah." He said then ran over and wrapped his arms around my waist, lifting me up as I giggled.
We spent almost an hour in the shower since got distracted by..activities.
"I feel so much better." I said as I pulled a sweatshirt on. "Yeah? Was it the shower or the sex?" He asked as I laughed. "Both." I said then jumped onto the bed and crawled into Colby's embrace.
"Goodnight, beautiful." Colby said as he kissed my forehead. "Goodnight, love." I said then snuggled in and fell asleep due to the exhaustion of today.
When I woke up I felt my heart flutter with joy. It felt so surreal that Colby and I were finally married, it just didn't seem real.
I laid there for a while, scrolling through my phone. There were so many fans that were wishing Colby and I well which I thought was cute.
Colby eventually woke up, causing him to pull me closer. "Good morning." He said quietly as I looked up at him. "Good morning." I said with a smile.
"What time do we have to check out?" I asked as I sat up. "2." He said as I looked at the clock. "Well...it's 1:30 now so we better hurry up." I said with a laugh.
"Shit, it's already 1:30?" He asked as I nodded. "Unless that clock is wrong." I said then got out of bed so I could pack up.
"You should text your parents so we can bring them back to the house." I said as I packed up my dress, hanging it carefully. "On it." He said then typed something on his phone.
We quickly got ready for the day then packed everything up and went down to the lobby.
"Hey guys!" Colby's dad said as we walked up to them. "Hi." I said and waved as they smiled at me. "How does it feel?" Colby's mom asked as I smiled widely. "Really good." I said and looked up at Colby. He smiled at me then grabbed my bag from me.
"I'm gonna get these loaded in the car." He said as he and Gage went outside. "Did you guys have fun last night?" I asked as we slowly followed them outside. "Yeah! It was a beautiful ceremony." Colby's dad said as I smiled.
"It was." I agreed as we walked outside. "I can tell you guys put a lot of thought into it." Colby's mom said as we walked to the car.
"Yeah, I wouldn't have been able to do this without our friends. They helped so much with everything." I said with a smile. "You all did a great job." She said as we got to the car.
"Thank you." I said as Colby turned to us. "Ready to go?" He asked as I nodded.
We stopped and got some breakfast for the drive home. I was surprisingly still tired after sleeping for so long so I ended up falling asleep in the car.
"Violet." Colby said quietly as he shook my arm. "Hmm?" I asked and sat up, rubbing my eye. "We're home." He said as I yawned. "Shit, I didn't mean to fall asleep." I said and undid my seatbelt.
"It's okay, we're gonna order pizza and hang out before we take my parents and Gage to the airport." He said as I nodded. "Sounds good. I wish they could stay longer." I said and got out of the car.
"Yeah, mom has to get back to work though." Colby said as I nodded. "Understandable." I said then walked into the house.
We brought our stuff upstairs then went into the living room to hang out with his family before they had to go to the airport.
We ordered pizzas and spent some time watching movies and hanging out together. Before we knew it though it was time to take them to the airport.
"Did you want to come?" Colby asked as we all stood up. "I think I'm gonna stay here and unpack if that's okay." I said as he nodded. "That's fine." He said as I turned to his parents and Gage.
"Thank you so much for coming." I said and hugged Colby's dad. "Of course. We're so happy that you're officially part of the family." He said as he rubbed my back.
"You guys are the coolest in laws ever." I said then hugged Colby's mom. "You're my favorite daughter in law." She said as I laughed.
"I'm your only daughter in law." I said as she nodded. "For now." She said then looked at Gage. "I'm working on it." He said with a laugh as I hugged him.
"Love you, sis." He said as I smiled. "Love you too, big bro." I said then winked. "We'll see you at Christmas?" Colby's mom asked as I nodded. "Most likely, yes." I said and looked at Colby.
"It all depends on if V has to work or not." He said as I nodded. "Well I'll be crossing my fingers." She said with a smile and crossed her fingers.
I walked them all out to the car then waved as they drove away. I then let out a sigh and went upstairs so I could get everything unpacked.
I put on some music and really zoned in as I worked. I made sure to carefully pack my dress away. It made me a little upset that I would never be able to wear this dress again.
I think that was the worst part about weddings. You work so hard and plan for such a long time, then it's just over.
I shook my head then grabbed the clothes I was going to wash then made my way down to the laundry room. I started the laundry then went back upstairs.
When I got upstairs I went to put my mom's veil and my parents wedding book away. "Thanks for being there." I said quietly with a small smile then put the items in the box and packed it away again.
I went back to the bedroom then finished unpacking. As I went into the closet to put the suitcases away I felt my phone buzz.
When I pulled it out I saw that it was an unknown number. I scrunched my brow then opened the text to see they had sent me a picture.
I felt my heart stop when I saw that it was a picture of Colby from Halloween. He was sitting on the couch with a random girl with blonde hair straddling his waist. I felt my heart break when I read the caption of the photo.
