Kat and Ki ended up staying with me for the next day which was a little challenging because I've been feeling really sick all day.
Tonight the girls were coming over so we could go Christmas shopping and watch movies. I would usually be looking forward to something like that but I was just so exhausted and nauseous that I wanted to lay in bed all day instead.
"Fuck." I groaned quietly to myself as I leaned against the cold toilet bowl that was in Colby and I's bathroom upstairs.
I heard my phone buzzing so I crawled over to the counter where it was and answered. "Hello?" I asked as my stomach turned. "Hey, baby." Colby said as I threw up into the toilet again.
"Oh no...are you feeling sick?" Colby asked as I leaned my head on my forearm. "It's bad today." I said then grabbed some toilet paper and wiped my mouth with it.
"I'm so sorry, babe. I wish I was there with you." He said as I stood up so I could brush my teeth again. "No, you don't. I'm grumpy." I said and put the phone on speaker phone.
"I'm sorry, love. Are you cancelling your plans for tonight?" He asked as I brushed my teeth. "No, I couldn't tell them why I would want to." I said with a sigh after spitting out the toothpaste.
"Ya know, you can just be sick." He said with a laugh as I shook my head. "Yeah, but that would be lying and we don't lie in this house." I said then went to the closet so I could get changed into better clothes.
"Right. Just don't throw up on anyone." He teased as I grabbed the shirt I was going to wear. "I'll try not to. You're going to the asylum tonight, right?" I asked and started getting dressed.
"Yeah. I won't be able to call you later so send good vibes." He said as I nodded. "I'm sending you all my love." I said as someone knocked on the door to the closet.
"V?" Ki asked as I turned to open the door. "Hey, I'm on the phone with Colby." I said and pointed to my phone.
"Oh! What's up ya fucking nerd?" She asked as Colby laughed. "Hi, Ki. Did you get laid last night?" He asked as she laughed. "No. Maybe tomorrow though." She said then looked at me.
"We're ready when you are." She said as I nodded. "I have to do my makeup." I said as she shook her head. "No, you don't." She said as I rolled my eyes. "I look like a zombie." I said as Colby breathed a laugh from the other end of the phone.
"You don't need makeup, V." He said as I groaned. "Don't gang up on me." I scolded then sat down at my makeup mirror. "I'll be ready in ten." I said as Ki nodded. "Okay, I'll be raiding your fridge." She said then left the room.
"She's such a pain in the ass." Colby said as I laughed. "Stop it, you love her." I said then started doing my makeup. "Yeah, but she's still a pain in my ass." He said with a sigh. "Can I FaceTime you? I wanna see that pretty face." He said as I breathed a laugh.
"No, I have to get ready really fast and you'll distract me." I said and focused on covering the bags under my eyes. "Okay, I'll let you go then. I had to meet Sam in the lobby ten minutes ago anyways." He said as I gasped.
"Cole! Don't leave Sam hanging like that." I said as he laughed. "He's fine. I'll call you tomorrow. Please take care of yourself. I love you, V." He said as I smiled.
"I love you too, please be safe." I said quietly. "I will." He said then hung up.
I sighed and did my makeup quickly then went downstairs where Kat, Ki, Devyn, and Tara were. "There she is." Tara teased as I laughed. "Whatever, let's just go." I said then grabbed my keys. "Where exactly are we going?" Devyn asked as I shrugged. "Maybe Target?" I suggested as we walked out to my car.
