After Cassandras trip to Diagon Ally with the Weasleys, the remaining weeks until Hogwarts flew past. There was some bad days, well, more like bad nights really, Cass started getting nightmares about her mother. She had to resort to asking Pepper to put a silencing charm, around her bed before she went to sleep, so she doesn't wake anyone up with her screaming. Normally when she woke in the night, sweat and tears across her face, she would read over letters from her friends, mostly the Weasleys letter, and clutch onto them until she fell back asleep.
Cassie ran out her front door, with her bags and her father in tow. She turned around to the manor, and froze when she seen her little sister Aurelia in the window, gazing out at her. The last time they spoke to each other, or even seen each other was this day last year. Cassie debated on waving, but decided against it, as she thought back to being told her sister was scared of her, and she didn't want her to step back from the window in fear.
So instead, her eyes scanned over the girl, who looked like younger, more sophisticated her. She seemed so much older now, in Cassies eyes. Of course, not many changes occurred, but she still looked more mature, almost too mature.
The sound of Oswalds voice, snapped Cass out of her trance. "Come on, let's get going."
Cassandra sucked in a breath, held her head up high and walked away with fake confidence. She didn't turn around to the window, scared, that if she did, her sister would be gone. Little did she know, Aurelia was giving her a small wave of goodbye, secretly wishing she was leaving with her.

The goodbye at Kings Cross Station was brief, Cass was confused at first, as to why her father kept nervously glancing around and pushing her towards the train, but then one of Oswalds co-workers caught her eye. She was hurt by this, but chose not to say anything about it and hurried onto the train, not wanting to let her father see that he had upset her.
She strolled through the passageway along the compartments, trying to see if she could find any of her friends. She grinned when a certain voice caught her attention.
"Did I say pretty? No, no I didn't- wait no, not that your not pretty, I-I mean like look at you, your gorgeous. I just-."
Cassie leaned in the doorway, and watched as Chance got red cheeks and sweaty palms over Caterina, who wouldn't let Snape kill a fly in potions class one time, then spent around half an hour, trying to set if free, by attempting guide it to an open window. The fly then proceeded to get eaten by a plant, once it finally flew outside, Cat tried to scold the plant, but couldn't bring herself to do it.
"Yes, yes, yes our dear little Puff looks like an angel, anyone with eyes could see that." Cass cut in, then she turned to Cat. "You look even more beautiful than last year, which I didn't know was possible, but here we are."
Caterina blushed a bit and smiled shyly, Chances eye twitched, Cassie let out a low chuckle. "That's right, I'm a natural charmer." She then proceeded to make an over exaggerated fuck boy face and stroked her chin, jokingly, Cat giggled and Cass smiled at her.
