"Hagrid has a what now?" Cassandra questioned eagerly. Hermione froze looking up at her, while Ron and Harry answered casually.
"A dragon." They stated, making Cassies eyes widen. Hermione scowled them, but couldn't move because she was sat between Cassies knees as the older girl plaited her hair.
"Boys," she hissed, the two boys just gave her looks, "if we don't want anyone to find out, how about not talking so freely around people. Like she's in the conversation, it's not like she's just gonna blank out on the part where you talk about....it."
Cass grinned at Hermione and scoffed lightly. "Sweetheart it's not like I disappeared, I'm still right here." She stated, causing Hermiones cheeks to redden.
"Sorry." She apologised, cringing, Cass shook her head.
"No need, now tell me about this dragon, because I know someone who absolutely loves them. I promise if I tell her, she won't tell anyone else." She paused, thinking of the green eyed girl, who happens to be Zephyrs best friend. "Well, only one other person, but that's it." She rushed out.
Hermione went to refuse to talk about it, but groaned when both Harry and Ron began chatting away about everything. By the end, Cassies eyes were full of excitement and anticipation.
Ron squinted his eyes. "Who exactly are you talking about showing Norbert to?" He questioned, full of suspicion. Cassie smirked, thinking of the blonde Slytherin.
"Well, I won't say their name," she dragged out, knowing the trio wasn't very fond of anyone with a snake printed on their robes, "but their very special to me, so I'd do anything to make he- them smile."
There was a short silence as the three first years thought of who it could be. And by the way Hermione perked up and grinned at the older girl, Cassie guessed she knew. The boys on the other hand, were both clueless.
"I wish I had something like you and..... that person." Hermione sighed dreamily, thinking of all the times she seen the pair in the hallways. Ron's eyes went as wide as saucers.
"Wait don't tell me it's a boy? 'Cause I will not stand for that." He folded him arms, sticking his nose in the air. Harry froze for a moment, but then scrambled to stand up and copy Ron.
"Yeah, I'd like to meet him." Harry demanded, his eyes darting between his posture, Cassie and Ron, as if checking if he was standing right.
Hermione and Cassandra chuckled, making the boys frown. "Not everything is about boys, boys." Cass grinned.
"Also by the way, I'm bisexual." She stated, Ron and Harry's heads titled in confusion at the same time. Ron was the first to speak.
"I thought you were English."

"At first I was afraid," Caterina sung into her wand, "I was petrified, kept thinking I-." Her singing was cut off by Cedric, who plopped down beside her on the bench.
