Fred gazed at Cassandra as she stared straight ahead with a blank expression, her mind too full to take in what Oliver was talking about as he reminded them all of the tactics they had been working on. The twin bit his lip in worry, he had been the one to tell her that the match was still going forward even with Caterinas petrification. The look of Cassies dread and exhaustion stained behind Freds eyelids each time his closed his eyes, regret filling him every time without fail.
Chance, who was sitting with Cass on his lap, his arms wrapped tightly around the girl, his face tucked into the crook of her neck, told Fred to fuck off, but Cassie scolded him gently and got them both up on their feet, not knowing what else they could do. The only reason Chance was getting ready into his quidditch gear right now, was because of Cassie, otherwise he'd be back in the hospital wing staring at Cat with dry, bloodshot eyes.
Fred swallowed and glanced up to Oliver who hardly took a breath as he rambled, then subtly laced his fingers through Cass'.
Cassie flinched slightly making Fred retract his hand, but when she registered what he was doing she squeezed his hand tightly before letting hers go limp, but keeping it in his hold. The gesture made her eyes water slightly but she quickly blinked them away, placing her head gently on Freds shoulder.
Fred wanted to smile at the feeling of her hand in his, but with Cass in this state, it didn't feel right. He made eye contact with George and the two shared a worried look, they didn't know how much more their best friend could take, and neither of them were yet to know about Zephyr last night, or with Dumbledore in the lake.

"Weasley," Aurelia hissed at Ginny from around a wooden pillar by one of the stands at the quidditch pitch.
Ginny turned around with creased eyebrows, her eyes narrowing when she spot the Ravenclaw. The redhead folded her arms and stepped closer with a glare. "What do you want Harper-," she spat, being cut off.
"Is Cassie-, Cassandra alright," Aurelia questioned with vulnerability evident in her voice no matter how she tried to hold it back.
Ginnys glare faltered, not sure how to respond to the girl who gazed at her with pleading eyes, looking like one of the people who she tormented constantly. Ginny began to feel slightly uncomfortable at the sight, suddenly wanting Aurelias snobby face back, the one she could hex.
"What-, yeah," Ginny stuttered, clearing her throat. "Why would you care anyways? I do know about how your family treats her you know," she spat, gaining her confidence back after a moment, along with her anger for the girl.
Aurelia recoiled with shock and disgust, pleasing Ginny in a way. "How dare you," Aurelia snapped. "She is my sister, I still care about her, I still love her!"
"Does she know that," Ginny retorted sharply, Aurelias face falling once again for a split second before going red with anger and embarrassment, regretting trying to speak to the girl.
