"But she ran, she ran away, down the other hall. And-and I...." Cassandras breath picked up as she tried to remember what happened the night of the incident. She shook her head in disbelief, she could have swore that Zephyr hadn't been near her when she was in the classroom.
"I would never hurt her." Cassie whispered out, afraid if she were to speak any louder, her voice would break.
Dumbledore sighed, gazing at the girl. "Ms Maríon followed after you, after you ran from her," he paused, seeing Cassies face fall, "when you got her and yourself into the classroom, you used a locking spell on the door and went for her. I heard her scream and that's when I came in."
Cassandra furrowed her eyebrows in confusion. "You heard her scream?" She questioned, getting a nod in response. "I know this is a serious moment, but......I attacked someone, but didn't use a silencing charm? I mean, I think I'm a little smarter than that."
Dumbledore froze, his breath hitching slightly, but he didn't let it show. "Of course, this wasn't you, doing these things," he expressed with raised eyebrows, "it was the fire inside of you that came to life, that controlled you."
Cassie squinted her eyes, trying to make sense of everything, it didn't feel right, but she couldn't remember half the story, so what was she meant to say. "Why would it want to attack Zephyr, the last time my- 'fire-thing' purposefully attacked someone, it was because I felt unsafe?" She quizzed. "I always feel safe around Zeph, sure I lo-, I-, just, I can't see myself hurting her."
The Head Master let out a frustrated sighed at all her questions. So he went with another tactic. "Are you doubting me, Ms Harper?" He asked with a pointed expression. Cassie cleared her throat, shifting uncomfortably on her hospital bed.
She took a deep breath and hesitated before answering. "Of course not Professor."
Dumbledore studied her rigged state and spoke softly to the girl. "You can trust me you know? I only want what's best for you." He paused. "So, will you let me help you? Or do you want to attack another loved one?"
Cassandra frowned at him, his words were condescending, but she agreed with him none the less. "I'd like you to help me." She whispered. "I don't want to hurt anyone."
The old man smiled down at her. "Of course you don't. It's good to know where your priorities lie."

"Darling I got you a gift." Fred exclaimed, Cassie rolled over and grinned at his jumpy state. Ever since she woke up, he wouldn't stop smiling, and hoping around the place.
Madam Pomfery kicked him out around two hours ago, and he here was standing in front of Cass, with a toilet seat held up beside him, the biggest grin on his face.
Cassie snorted in laughter, thinking back to the start of the year, when Molly had told them not to be blowing up toilets. "Oh Freddie, how did you know that's exactly what I wanted." She sighed dreamily, with a grin.
