"It's gorgeous." Zephyr breathed out softly, she was leaning in very closely to Cassandra, inspecting Cassies dragon necklace, that she had got from George at Christmas.

They were all sitting on the floor of the Astronomy tower, at midnight for class, with blankets surrounding them. The two were supposed to be gazing out at the consolations that painted the night sky, but Zephyr caught sight of the shiny chain around Cassies neck.

Cassie gulped, her eyes scanning the Slytherins face, she could feel Zephyrs breath fanning over her neck. "Yeah." She practically whispered. Zephyr gazed up at her, finding Cassie already looking at her and smiled. She blushed lightly and glanced at the ground beneath her, before pulling back, softly dropping the necklace, back onto Cassies neck.

"I've always want a ring with a small dragon on it." Zephyr spoke with a small shy voice, different from her normally confident and sassy one. Cassie gently nodded her head.

"I'll remember that for next Christmas then."

This comment made a graceful smile appear on Zephyrs face, while Cassie grinned a small, but goofy grin. Someone from behind them cleared their throat dramatically. They glanced back, to see Katie waving awkwardly.

Professor Sinistra, who was standing near them, scowled at the girl, putting her hands on her hips. "Ms Bowl, don't be disturbing other students at work." Katie narrowed her eyes suspiciously.

"They weren't doing any work, and my second names Be-." The Professor hushed her and stormed off, muttering about McGonagall.

Cassie waved over to Katie, with a friendly smile on her face. Zephyr looked her up and down, shook her head, then turned back to Cass. Luckily Katie didn't see, as she was busy gazing at Cass, completely ignoring Angelina yapping about how George's hair looks in the moonlight.

On the other side of the room, George paid no mind to Angelina and listened to Alicia rant about her favorite stars and what the different names mean. Fred was studying Zephyr and Cassies movements, with a tilted head. He leaned down to talk to Lee.

"How come we're not like that?" He asked, Lee tore his eyes from the sky and glanced over at the two girls. Zephyr was now slightly leaning back on Cassie, pointing towards the different consolations, while Cassie gazed down at her every few seconds.

Lee squinted his eyes, and sucked in a breath, going to say something, but then realizing he had nothing to say. The two boys just dazed at them, confused. "Well," Lee started, "I guess that's just, a girl thing." He and Fred shrugged, one of Zephyrs friends, who was sitting near them, huffed and rolled her eyes dramatically.

Then Lee furrowed his eyebrows. "That's odd, Cassies looking at her, like you look at Ca-, no, no, that must be wrong." He shook his head, with a smirk.

"Boys." Professor Sinistra hissed, glancing over at the girls, before giving them a stern expression and aggressively pointing at the sky. They both shrunk and sniggered, before peering through the telescope.
