"You are absolutely shitting me." Cassandra breathed out, taking in the view of Harry's new Nimbus 2000, Harry sniggered at the girl, while Caterina scowled at her. "No fucking way." She swung her arm around the boys shoulders, her face contoured with awe.

Harry grinned up at Cass proudly. Cassie shook him gently but excitedly, beside her Oliver Wood drooled onto his plate, at the sight of the broomstick. Cassandra smirked.

"Ah Harry," she sighed, "Higgins doesn't stand a chance against ya." She paused. "That is if, what McGonagall said was actually true, about you being good. But never mind that, I'm sure you'll beat his arse." She exclaimed, Cat groaning at her language from down the table.

"Who got you it?" Cassie questioned, Harry gazed over at the Professors table, gesturing over to McGonagall. Cassie let out a breathy laugh, in pleasant surprise. "I would honestly name my child after that woman," she stated, "she's such a queen."

When Cassie glanced up, Zephyr came into view, she smiled at her and waved. Zephyr waved back with a cheeky grin, Visha behind her blowing a kiss in Cassies direction dramatically. Cassandra chuckled at the girls and turned her attention to Oliver, who had reached out to touch Harry's new Nimbus.

Lee glanced at her and smirked, thinking Cassie was blushing from looking at Oliver. He caught her eye and nodded to down the table, where they were originally sitting. Cassandra grabbed the back of Chances robes, who connected his pinky with Cat, who took George's arm, who yanked Fred back. They all strolled down the table, when Lee saw them, he sighed and shook his head, but didn't say anything.

They all sat down and Lee smirked at Cassie, who raised her eyebrows. "I saw you dazing at Oliver." He stated, Chance scoffed, shaking his head, while Caterina frowned. Cassandra rolled her eyes, sick of hearing about her and the older boy.

"I'm not into him anymore!" She exclaimed and continued before she could stop herself. "I'm into-." She sucked in a breath, Lee gazing at her in anticipation. Fred stared at her with wide eyes. Zephyr clouded Cassies mind, but she shook the thoughts away and chocked out an answer. "Poetry."

Chance snorted in laughter, covering it up with a cough when Cat kicked him. Lee's face dropped and the twins squinted their eyes, but didn't comment any further. Unlike Lee, who questioned her.

"Name one poet." Cassandra racked her brain for a name, any name. Suddenly she glanced at Cat.

"Harry Styles." She said stiffly.

Cassandras eyes roared with flames as she left Dumbledores office, ash staining her forearms. She stormed down the hall, not giving a shit if anyone saw her, but the halls were empty anyway. She slammed the door to Moaning Mertels bathroom open and went straight to the sinks. When turning on the tap, she noticed a small serpent engraved on it, that she hadn't seen before.

She went to examine it, but the cold water splashed onto her stinging skin, making her stop in her tracks and hiss in pain, the serpent forgotten.

The training with Dumbledore had so far been nothing but pain and anger. But one time, Cass did get extremely mad at the Headmaster and set his beard on fire. To her annoyance, he congratulated her, when he put the flames out.

Sometimes, Cassie would practice alone in her room, wanting to storm into the office and prove to him that she didn't need him. It never worked and once in a while Katie Bell would see her and help wash the ash off her arms. She never questioned Cassie, they never really spoke anymore, Cass still didn't know what she did wrong.

When Cassandra dried her arms, leaving no evidence of the black substance, she left to get ready for the Quidditch match. It was against Slytherin, but this time around, instead of being nervous, she was excited. Chance had gotten onto the team as a Chaser, so Cassie couldn't wait to see him out on the pitch.

She wondered into the dressing room, now in a better mood, she was humming slightly and sung out. The twins glanced up at her, Fred smiled at her, while George sniggered at her air guitar.

"You in those little high waisted shorts ohh." Cassie sung, switching to hold an imaginary microphone to her lips. She lifted one arm up, pointing her index finger. "She knows what I think about, and what I think about, one love, two mouths, one love, one house."

She continued to sing, dancing around the room. The twins wolf whistled as she blew them a kiss, standing on top of one of the benches.

"Both your hands in, the holes of my sweater." Cassie finished with a bow, the team gave a round of applause. She grinned, as Fred lifted her down from the bench laughing.

"Where did you learn that." He asked, as you could tell it wasn't a song from the wizarding world. Cassie scrunched up her nose in thought.

"Cat taught it to me," she stated, looking a bit confused, "she said it was the anthem of my people. Only Merlin knows what she's on about." She shrugged her shoulders.

When everyone was finally dressed and ready, Cassie went around and gave all of the players a kiss on the cheek, something she had started the year before, for good luck. Harry smiled up at her, Angelina smirked, George grinned at her, Katie tried to hid her blush, Freds whole face lit up and Oliver nodded at her.

Just as they were about to start walking Fred shouted. "Knock on Wood!" They all grinned, going up to Oliver and giving him a punch on the arm. Probably not a good idea before a match, but it lifted the nerves a bit.

Fred grinned down at Cassie as she hoped in excitement, as Oliver led them all to the pitch, chatting Harry on the way. Cassandra caught up with them and ruffled Harry's hair.

"You'll do great Harry, I know it." She assured, making Harry's face beam. They reached the gate and Oliver glanced down at their new Seeker. He started talking about his own first game and how nervous he felt before.

"What happened?" Harry asked, looking up at him, Oliver frowned.

"Eh, I don't really remember," he recalled, if you could call it that, Cassie blushed slightly at his accent, but shook her head, "I took a bludger to the head, two minutes in."

Cassandra tried to hold her laughter in, but it was two sudden. She almost fell over, but Fred caught her, smiling at the laughter, which was like music to his ears. Oliver scowled at her playfully and turned back to Harry, finishing his story.

"Woke up in hospital a week later." Cassie patted Harry on the back.

"Well if that does encourage ya, I don't know what will." She stated jokingly, but frowned seeing his worried state. She placed her hands on either side of his face and kissed his head. "Extra kiss for good luck, yeah?" Harry smiled at her and nodded.

Fred's lips twitched up as he admired the girl. "How come I don't get an extra kiss?" He questioned teasingly. She scoffed with a smirk in reply, being blinded momentarily by the light the gates were no longer blocking.

Cheers and shouts were heard, as they all mounted their brooms. They all rose from the ground and just before Fred and Cassie flew away from each other, she gave him a quick peck on the cheek, making him grin.

Lee was heard announcing the match, as everyone got in position. Cassandra spotted Chance, zooming around on his broom and gave him a challenging smirk, which he returned, with a glint in his eye.

Madam Hooch came onto the field, reminding the teams of the rules, giving the Slytherins all a side eye. Cass made eye contact with Adrian Pucey, he snarled at her, so she gave him a death glare, making him choke on his own spit.

"The quaffle is released," Lee commented, with anticipation, Cassie gripped her broom, not taking her eyes from the quaffle, "and the game begins!"
