"It's the same every year, packed with muggles. Come on."

Molly's voice rang through Kings Cross Station, as she held Ginnys hand, leading Percy, the twins, Cassandra and Ron, to the platform. It was a month or two after Cassie had escaped the clutches of her mother, Akilah.

After everything she had been through over the Summer, you could tell something was different every now and then.

She would go on full alert whenever a sudden noise was heard, she always scanned her surroundings and flinched slightly at human contact. Cassandra also now had various long scars running across different parts of her body. One of them peaking up on the right side of her neck. She used to cringe whenever she saw it, but anytime she cuddled with Fred, which was a lot, he would always trace it lightly and come up with exciting and funny stories of how it came to be.

Some of which included, fighting a dragon to save a Nimbus two thousand broom stick, getting into a fight with a hippogriff, over a plate of crispy roast potatoes, Caterina hitting her, while practicing her karate moves in ice skates and from trying to pet a werewolf, because they're misunderstood.

Over the weeks, Cassie had also won a total of three sickles from Fred and George, for not only teaching Ron how to beat them in chess, but teaching Ron to beat everyone and becoming the king of Wizards Chess.

The first few days, Cass would sit by the fire place and wait for her father to pop up, maybe a little bruised, but over all ok. She wouldn't move for ages, Molly wouldn't be able to shoo her away, so she brought her meals straight to her. But one day, Ron tripped over and cut his knee.

He was crying over the pain and Cassie couldn't help, but stand up to comfort him and make him hot chocolate. Which shocked everyone, when they came downstairs to see the pair sitting at the kitchen table laughing away, sipping their drinks.

One day after Arthur came home from work, he called Cass into the kitchen and sat her down at the table. Cassandra was expecting the worst, but then seen the kind smile on the mans face and calmed down slightly. Turns out, Oswald had finally come to work, he was ok. People acknowledged that he was acting differently but that didn't matter to Cassandra because her father was alive.

After everything that had happened over the Summer, it was now time for Cass and the twins to start their third year at Hogwarts, and for Ron to start first year. The night before, Ron had been nervous about getting into Gryffindor, this broke Cassies heart, thinking back to her own sorting experience. So she did what she does best according to Ron, make hot chocolate for the two of them.

"Platform nine and three quarters this way." Mrs Weasley called out over her shoulder. Cassie glanced around the station, catching sight of a small boy. It was obvious that he was a wizard, definitely a first year, with shaggy dark hair, round glasses and baggy clothes.

By the looks of it, he was struggling to find his way around the station, so Cassie caught his eye and gestured that he walked with her. The boy took the hint and strolled over, knowing she was apart of the new world he had just discovered, by Mollys use of the word muggles.
