"Do you even know how to drive this thing?" George questioned, as Cassandra turned the wheel with a flustered face.
"Normally, I'd lie and say yes, but considering the fact that I almost flew us into that tree, I'm going to assume you know the answer." Cassie replied, calming down slightly when the branch that got caught in the window wiper flew off. Ron tilted his head in confusion from beside Fred, who was seated in the back.
"Why is Cassie the one driving?" He asked, having missed Cassie and George wrestle each other for the drivers seat. "I thought George said he was driving." He turned to the younger twin. "You said, and I quote, 'Ron there's no way I'm letting you drive, I'm driving and nobody's gonna stop me. I will fight them and I will win, so there's no point of even trying.'"
Cassie grinned staring ahead and George blushed slightly. "Well Georgie here got be-."
"Like the gentleman I am, I let Cassie drive." George cut in quickly, making Cass and Fred snigger.
"Sure." They said together, then grinned at each other through the mirror. Ron smiled at the two, but was still confused, while George rolled his eyes.
For the rest of the ride, they chatted about absolutely nothingness. It went from, 'who do you think are new DADA Professor is gonna be?' To, 'no way, I think I'd sacrifice Cedric first.'
Eventually, they were hovering over an estate, looking for a tiny 'thirty four' nailed to a door. Then Ron spot Harry peering out one of the windows, when Cassie glanced over to see, she felt her eyes spark with fire when she seen the bars that boarded up the window. She blinked quickly, extinguishing the flames and flew right beside the house.
Ron poked his head out from the back seat. "Hiya Harry." He greeted casually, as if this was an everyday occurrence. The boy looked stunned, as he slowly walked forward.
"Ron," he sighed out, "Cassie, Fred, George." The twins nodded in response, while Cassie gave him a big smile. The girl covered up her worry, when she seen how skinny the boy had gotten over the Summer. "What are you all doing here?" He asked innocently.
"Recusing you of course." Ron replied happily, making Harry grin. "Now come on, get your trunk." Harry turned around to begin packing, when he remembered the Dursley's had shoved all his magic supplies and books into his old bedroom, aka, the cupboard under the stairs.
He explained this with an awkward expression and they all stopped for a moment to think. Fred then perked up. "Cass and I can get them, we learned some muggle hack last year for picking locks." Everyone quickly agreed, so they pulled the bars from the wall, using the car, then Fred climbed in through the window.
Cassie went to get out, then remembered she was driving. She simply warned George, then let go of the wheel and climbed over the boy, knowing the car had a mind of its own, so they wouldn't crash down. George however seemed to forget this and let out a high pitched squeak, trying to grab the wheel, while Cassie practically hoped on top of him to get out.
She toppled into Harry's bedroom, laying on the ground, grinning up at the two boys sheepishly. Fred helped her up and scrambled to pick the lock on Harry's door, while Harry got Hedwigs cage. When the door clicked open, the two quickly, but as quietly as they could, raced down the stairs to the cupboard.
When Cass got it open, Fred grabbed the trunks stacked up inside and Cassie scanned the hallway. She froze when a pale face came into view, by the kitchen door. The round boy was gaping at her like a fish, with milk dripping down his chin, from the cereal bowl he gripped so tightly with his pudgy fingers.
'Dudley.' Cassie thought and she narrowed her eyes at the boy, who she had already labeled as a bully. He suddenly took in a panicked gasp, making Fred's head snap in his direction, but Dudelys eyes never left Cass.
"Pretty girl," he squeaked out, making Cassie jerk her head back, "in my house, what's-what's happening. What are you? Girl?" Cass held back the urge to laugh, and scrunched her nose up in disgust. Fred scowled at the boy and turned to Cass, signaling that they're good to go.
So without saying anything to Dudley, they raced back up the carpeted stairs and ran into Harry's bedroom. They quickly shoved his trunks into the back of the car and hopped in, only realizing that Harry still wasn't in the car yet after they sat up straight.
"Harry-, why-, get in!" Cassie stuttered, knowing someone was about to barge in and catch them. Just as she spoke out, a large man in his thirties, came bustling through the door, shouting his head off.
Harry jumped, landing in the passenger seat, but the man had clung onto the boys leg. They all reached out to hold onto Harry, making sure he didn't fall, while he tried to shake his uncle off. Cassies eyes went up in flames as she shouted at the man.
"Let go you lumpy potato!" She exclaimed, the man took one glance at her and shrieked, losing his strong grip. George who was now driving, took this opportunity and drove forward.
Cassandra covered up her laugh when the man flew forward, out the window and landed on the bush below them. Ron leaned forward from the back seat with a smile, after they had put a nice distance between them and the house.
"By the way Harry, happy birthday." Harry grinned back at him and Cassie ruffled his hair.
Suddenly, Fred's eyes widened, only now noticing that Cass was seated on his lap. He gulped and placed his hands delicately on her hips. He realized that Hedwigs big cage took up the third chair, so Cass had nowhere else to sit. She didn't seem to mind though and even leaned back on him slightly, not thinking anything of it.
Fred practically choked on air and caught George's eyes in the mirror, giving him a panicked look. George sniggered at him, silently, and snorted in laughter when he seen Cassie turn around and give Fred a grin. Fred gave her the goofiest grin George had ever seen.

"Where have you been?" Molly's voice rang through the kitchen, as Cassie stuffed a scone in her mouth, trying hide it. Ron and the twins widened their eyes and quickly hid their scones behind their backs. Cass went to chuckle at the look on Fred's face, but couldn't swallow her scone, so she just gave up.
"Harry," Molly sighed with a warming smile, stepping closer to the group, "how wonderful to see you dear." George grinned at his mother, then almost fell back when she turned to them with a fierce glare. "Beds empty," she paused, "no note, car gone."
The four looked down in shame, not being able to meet the woman's eyes. "You could have died, you could have been seen." She expressed her worry, with exasperation. Cass frowned slightly and went to comment on how she insinuated that being seen, was more important then dying, but she decided against it.
Molly turned back to the boy who lived, completely changing her stance. "Of course, I don't blame you Harry dear." You could tell Harry felt very awkward about the situation, not knowing what to say, when Ron spoke up. When the young Weasley explained only part of Harry's isolated home life, Molly's face fell slightly with pity.
"You best hope I don't put bars on your window Ronald Weasley." She then responded, with hands on her hips. Ron gave her a look and the twins and Cassie sniggered at him, making Harry smile. He wasn't used to the friendly environment around family's, much like how Cassie was when she first entered the Burrow.
All the kids went to go up stairs to have a nap, being up all night driving across London, but Mrs Weasley stopped them. She sent them all outside to de-gnome the garden, so with groans of protest, they all trudged back out the door.
