Chapter 20

Blake pov

I sit in the back of the uber with Caroline "so are you gonna hook up with him" she leans over and whispers in my ear 

"what!" I say loudly catching everyone's attention caroline smacks her hand over my mouth

 "quiet we don't want them to know" Caroline says 

"caroline your insane" I tell her

 "no I'm just a good friend that's trying to get you some dick" she says 

"I don't need dick I mean not new dick" I say

 "so you wanna hook up with someone old who you got in mind" caroline asks me 

 "uh no one I'm just trying to say is that I'm not sure im over my last guy" I tell her  

"Oh he was that good" caroline asks me 

 "Caroline you have no idea" I say Caroline looks at me with a shocked face, eyes wide enough that it looks like they're about to pop out of her head

 "you might have to give me his number" she tells me 

"caroline!" I whisper yell at her 

 I kind of feel bad she doesn't know that I'm talking about Ashton I mean she's completely going goo goo over the thought of him touching her right now and has no idea Josh would fucking kill him if he knew about our conversation especially the part where his best friend was all up in me Ashton would get a kick out of it though the thought of HIM driving ME crazy to where I don't want to hook up with anyone else is just what he wants. We pull up outside the club the line stretching around the building 

"well great we'll never get in" I say

 "not too soon love, being a world champion in any field has its perks" Ashton says to me he grabs my hand and leads us to the door of the club where the bouncer lets us in at the mention of his name Ashton still holding my hand then leads us to a VIP area 

"so what do you guys wanna do first drinks? Dancing?" Ashton asks 

we turn to face everyone still hand in hand with seemingly no intentions of letting go we look at everyone's faces as we turn all looks of what the hell and confusion Ashton then drops my hand putting his in his pockets I see Josh face its a look of confusion and disappointment like he was hurt by the action I know that's killing Ashton that's the last person he wants to hurt Ashton turns and walks away sitting down at a table in the corner everyone disperses as he turns away caroline making a beeline for me I'm sure with a hundred questions 

"care to explain" she says

 "there's nothing to explain" I say walking towards the bar "better not be Josh will kill both y'all" caroline says

 "I don't care I wish someone kill me at this point" I say

 "don't you dare say that" caroline says sounding offended at the words that left my mouth

 "4 shots please" I order from the bartender 

"caroline calm down we already had this conversation there is and never will be anything going on between Ashton and I" I tell her as I glance over at Ashton in the corner with Josh and Lucka disappointment and dread filling me at the thought of Ashton and I never being but I dare not show it 

"Okay I believe you" the bartender pours all 4 shots and before caroline has a chance to grab one I down all four 

"damn girl you sure you okay"

 "Positively perfection" I say sarcastically ordering 4 more 

"SHOTS!" I yell all the boys except Ashton come over to take one with Caroline and I
