Chapter 42- Investigating

"Hiroki Kamazura."

Hiroki turned around and smiled at the person who called his name. Hiroki," Mr.Akio." He was Kisame Akio's father.

"Call me Kamaki."

"I can't do that. You are way older than me to call you that."

Kamaki Akio laughed. But that laughter died down soon and he said with serious tone," I have heard that you recently went through a major surgery."

"Indeed."

"Then, why do you have to take so much stress by handling this case? Just give up. And you don't want to hurt your sister, do you?"

"Thank you Mr.Akio to worry about me. But I am not going to give up this case. I need to leave. I have lot of work to do. Take care."

Hiroki left after saying this. Kakeru walked near Kamaki and said," Sir, don't worry. He isn't going to find anything."

Kamaki smirked," Yeah. And after all, I have you."

Hiroki started walking towards bus stop when he was dragged away by Kai towards his car. He pushed Hiroki roughly in the front seat and he himself sat on the driver's seat. He started driving. None of them said anything during the whole drive but anyone who looked at them could tell that Kai was pissed off at him.

They reached Kamazura mansion. Kai got off and slammed the door. He opened Hiroki's door, grabbed his arm and again started dragging him. Hiroki was really uncomfortable by this. He tried to free his hand but Kai gripped it more strongly. Hiroki finally couldn't take it anymore and asked," What is wrong with you?"

Kai abruptly stopped in the hallway, turned around and looked at Hiroki with great anger. He said," What is wrong with me? What is wrong with you, Hiroki? You called your own sister a murderer today. How can you say such thing? You are going to apologise to Haru. NOW!"

Hiroki," When I truly believe that Haru isn't involved, I will apologise to her."

Kai was enraged by this. He was going to say something but was interrupted.

"Kai!"

They both looked at the voice's direction. Kai went silent. It was his husband, Itsuki.

Itsuki said," Dad is calling you."

Kai nodded and left.

Hiroki was surprised when he saw this. Kai was a dominant type who liked to control people or things around him. But in front of Itsuki, he became completely docile. That was surprising for Hiroki.

After Kai left, Itsuki said to him," We haven't met earlier. My name is Itsuki, Kai's husband."

Hiroki smiled at him," I know. Saw it on news. I am Hiroki. It's nice meeting you."

"It's nice meeting you, too."

"Momma!"

Hiroki heard a small voice. He looked down and saw a little girl. Hiroki gave her a confused smile.

Itsuki," She is our daughter, Ai. Ai, he is your uncle. Uncle Hi-ro-ki."

Ai looked at him and then immediately hid behind her mother.
