Chapter 92- We promise We won't

Kazuko gave Hiroki a complicated look. He wanted to continue but Riki interrupted him," We should not do this here. Let's go."

Kazuko sighed in defeat and left with Riki leaving an angry Hiroki behind. He glared at the elevator,' Assholes. I called that elevator! Why did you get in?!'

"Why are glaring at the elevator door?"

Hiroki looked at Kirihitho and Tatsuya and immediately went back to normal. He reminded himself of professionalism. He said," No. I wasn't glaring. I was just thinking about the deal."

Tatsuya sighed," Look, I know that they are literally taking advantage of our situation but we think that it's a great opportunity. If our name gets associated with Myoga's then we will get even more opportunities!"

Kirihitho nodded," He is right. We should have backed you up in there but we think what we got is good. It's actually more than good."

Hiroki smiled," You don't need to give me explanation. I know this very well that whatever you will do will benefit this company. Just, please, don't get manipulate by idiots."

Kirihitho smiled," We promise we won't."

Tatsuya," Also, welcome back."

Hiroki came back to Kamazura Mansion after a rough day in office. There was just so much work load suddenly after the new deal that it was even overwhelming for him who loved working. He freshened up and was making something for himself in the kitchen when Itsuki came.

Hiroki greeted him casually," Hey there. How was your day?"

Itsuki sat on one of the stools and answered honestly," Boring. I missed being professor."

Kai said, surprised," You do! Why didn't you say anything?!"

Itsuki gasped," From where the hell did you come from?!"

Kai sat besides him and said," Why didn't you tell me earlier? If you want to go back then go back!"

"But what about the kids? Who will take care of them? I don't want my kids to be raise by nannies, okay?"

Kai went quiet. He didn't know what to say.

Hiroki from the side suggested," You two take turns of taking care of them. And when you don't have time, there are literally so many people in this house who will take care of them, gladly. Including me."

Itsuki perked up," You will?!"

"Yeah. Why won't I?"

Itsuki smiled brightly," Great! You see I have been drafting schedule for so long now! See, I will usually leave at 6 in the morning and Kai at 8. But the problem is, Ai is starting her pre-school next week which is at 10. So, can you take charge of getting Ai ready at morning and dropping her to pre-school?"

Before Hiroki could respond, Kai said," Aren't you asking too much?"

Itsuki sighed," I am, right?"

Hiroki chuckled," It's fine. I will take charge of her morning routine."

Kai," But......"

Hiroki," I told you it's fine. Don't worry."

Itsuki smiled," Yay! You have no idea how relieved I am! I will go and make a call to dean!"

Kai looked at the exiting excited Itsuki and laughed," I haven't seen him this happy since Ian's birth."

Hiroki sat opposite to him and said," Well, it's good then. He is being normal again."

Kai looked at Hiroki and said seriously," Have you heard the recent news?"

"What?"

"Dr.Lee.......he is getting imprisoned for 8 years. Today was the last hearing of his case and day after tomorrow he will be transferred to central jail where no will be able to meet him."

"..."

Kai sighed," You have tomorrow to meet up with him. I know he was close to you but he deserves what he is going through. So don't feel sorry for him."

Hiroki sat in his room with his grandma's frame. He looked at it sadly," Hey Gramps. How are you up there? Do you miss me like how I miss you? I hope you do. Gramps...........I-I just miss you so much. I know it's been almost 12 years since you passed away but...........but it still hurts so much................Why did you leave me all alone, Gramps? You promised me that you will stay. Then why did you leave me?"

He leaned on his bed and held the frame close to his heart and hummed a song which Hannah always used to sing for him,"

                             I heard this song (safe and sound) few days ago and liked it sooooo much. It just goes perfectly with Hiroki's life and thought, why not give a reference of this song in the story.♡(> ਊ <)♡
