Chapter 114- You are the Major Reason

Mito paced back and forth in her locker room, biting her nails, clearly looking tense. She asked frantically," What if I will lose? What if I jump in the water before the whistle blows? What if they found my drugs?!!"

Takara, who was sitting on a bench with her phone, rolled her eyes," You don't even do drugs."

Mito stopped dead in her tracks and looked at Takara with confusion," I don't??"

Takara exclaimed," No, you don't! You moron!!"

Hakuto,who just came, asked," What you don't?"

Mito sighed dramatically," Finally! You are here! But, where is brother?"

Mirai smiled," He is coming. With rest of your siblings."

Mito's cheek turned red and she whispered with embarrassment," Why is every single one of you here?"
She turned around to ask Takara something who was looking for someone." What are you looking for?"

"My parents. They aren't here."

Mito frowned. Even she knew, they were very late.

Takara said, looking at her phone," They are not even picking up my call. Mr.Kamazura, do you know where they are?"

Hakuto looked at Mirai, who shook her head. He sighed," I don't know either. Maybe some emergency came." He smiled warmly and reassured her," Don't worry. They will be here soon."

Mirai also consoled her," Yeah. And we are here to cheer for you, too."

Takara nodded her head but she still wasn't convinced. She had practice like a stray dog finding it's food for her match. If her parents weren't here, it was of no use to work her ass off for national's.

Haru pinched Ray on his waist and said angrily," You dimwit! What did I tell you?!!"

Ray also pinched her back," What?!"

Haru glared at her younger brother who first gave her an angry look then a confused one and finally realisation struck him after two minutes. His eyes widened and he ran off.
Haru sighed because of her good-for-nothing brother.

Hikaru who was looking at all of these asked in confusion," What the hell is going on?"

Haru passed him a look and plainly replied," None of your god damn business."

Kai warned her," Don't talk like that with him. He is older than you."

Haru rolled her eyes and walked away.
She was mad at Hikaru since his break up with Kirihitho and Tatsuya. Not because of the break up but because of how the public were cursing Hiroki for it. All of them were public figure being the kids of elites of the country so they were always on someone's radar. Even though no one knew who was Hiroki for sure but he still gained a bit of popularity and for all the wrong reasons. On top of that, he was being blamed for his brother's breakup which was really bad for his image.

In all this chaos, Hikaru didn't even try once to tell to public frankly that the breakup was their own personal problem and Hiroki had got nothing to do with it. And the reason was, Hikaru and Tatsuya & Kirihitho's relationship wasn't open to public in first place.
Haru knew what she was expecting from Hikaru was selfish. But given Hikaru and Hiroki's past, he could have sacrificed a part of his image as perfect human.
That's why, their relationship was strained for now.

Kai patted on Hikaru's shoulder and consoled him," Don't worry about her. She has always been like that. Extremely biased towards Hiroki."

Hikaru sighed tiredly," But you saw how nasty some comments were about brother. Even I am thinking of making things clear."

Kai immediately scolded him," Don't be an idiot. This isn't only about you. This about all three of the families being involved. One wrong move and things will go much worse than they are now."

Hikaru sighed in frustration. Kai was right. For now, he should just keep his mouth shut. That's the best for everyone.

Hiroki crouched besides a terrified Mito and laughed lightly. It triggered her anger," What the hell are you laughing at??!!"

Hiroki said with a smile," When my national's were there, my coach was more concerned than I was. In the changing room, everyone was frantic because that year our school entered the nationals for the first time. I still remember how he took my phone from me and threw it in the wash basin because I won't stop playing video games."

Mito frowned," And you find that funny? If I were your coach, I wouldn't have just taken your phone but I would have beat the crap out of you! How could you be so calm??!!"

He looked at Mito and said," Because there was someone else to take care of my anxiety and fear. In the same way, my dear little sister, let me be the incharge of anxiety and fear and you be the incharge of carelessness."

She stared at her brother for some time and finally bursted into laughter. She said while giggling," You really are an idiot."

"Mito!!! Come here!! Hurry!", Haru and Ray said at the same time. Mito looked behind her and smiled brightly. They brought a gift for her!! She waved Hiroki a goodbye and ran towards her other siblings. Hiroki smiled at the trio and sat straight.

He looked at the big pool in front of him and felt nostalgic. He wondered how long had it been since he came here.

Someone whispered from Hiroki's side," Hey, hey. Isn't that Hiroki Kamazura?"

"Yeah he is. Maybe came here to support his sister."

"God, isn't he much more handsome in real life? I need a pic!"

Hiroki grew very uncomfortable when they started taking his photos, without his permission. He tilted his head sideways to avoid them and their photo session. He clearly showed he was dissatisfied by their behaviour but the strangers won't stop. Few others joined them, too.

Someone cleared their throat loudly, startling the bunch of idiots. They looked at him with wide eyes. Hiroki recognised who that someone was and sighed in relief.
Tatsuya smiled at the idiots and said politely," Please don't take his pictures without his permission. He clearly isn't fond of what you are doing. We are here to cheer on for our sisters. So, please delete those pics and take your leave."

Everyone immediately scrambled off after his not-so-threatning tone. Tatsuya's smile immediately disappeared and he sat besides Hiroki.

Hiroki," Thanks."

Tatsuya shrugged his shoulders," It's fine. You are new to this. Slowly, you will get used to it."

Hiroki smiled and didn't say anything further.

Tatsuya, who was clearly looking tired, asked," When is this going to start?"

"Maybe in half hour."

"Half hour?! F**k, that's a lot of time."

"Even if the matches will start in half hour, the singles are always held at last. That means, for Takara's match there is a lot of time."

Tatsuya sighed in frustration," That's why I didn't want to come."

Hiroki asked nonchalantly," Then, why did you? Your parents must be here already."

"They aren't coming."

Hiroki looked startled," What?"

"They aren't coming. Mr.Inoue went on a business trip and I don't know what that woman is doing. That's why, I am here."

"Does Takara know? She was waiting for them for a long time."

"Maybe she knows. Well, she will eventually know they are not coming. They never go to any of her matches or competitions anyways. Why bother even waiting?"

Hiroki couldn't believe what he was hearing. He was stunned for a while before finally saying," It's not my place to say this but your parents are awful for doing this to her!"

Tatsuya looked offended," Why are you angry at me? It's not like I asked them not to come."

Hiroki thought to himself,' No. But you are the major reason they are not being involved in her life as much as they should!'
