Chapter 71- This is Really Beautiful

"Everything is sooooo amazing."

Hiroki smiled slightly.

As soon as they entered cabin, Hiroki was attacked by a vicious looking Ai. She glared at him even though it was looking really funny. He tried his best not to laugh and asked her," What's wrong?"

Ai whined," You ale lateeeeee. How can you be late?"

Mito," Come-on, Ai. At least he is here, right?"

Ai nodded gruffly.

He went inside where Hakuto and Mirai were sitting with someone who Hiroki again didn't recognize. When that person saw him, she smiled at him fondly.

She said," Hiroki, it's nice to meet you again."

He looked at her in confusion.

She laughed," Didn't recognise me?"

He looked at Mito for help who shrugged in response.

She got up and walked near him and said," I am Kaida Nakamura. Kirihitho's youngest sister."

Hiroki looked at her in shock. He had no idea that Kirihitho had two sisters or maybe more. He said," Nice to meet you."

Kaida frowned," You-you really don't remember me?"

Hiroki shook his head," I have never seen you on any news soooo......I have no idea you were his sister."

She sighed in disappointment," It's fine. We can catch up later."

Hiroki nodded in response.

After talking with his parents for a while, Hiroki went in his room.While he was unpacking his things, he thought,' Come to think of it, where are the rest of the people?'

It was dinner time by when Hiroki was done with everything. Ai came running in his room followed by Mirai who was holding Ian. She said with excitement," Uncle! Let's make sph-sph......gh......"

Hiroki helped her," Spaghetti."

"Light. Thlat thing."

Mirai laughed at her clumsiness but said seriously," Princess, you know he can't. He has a boo-boo."

Ai pouted and said with teary eyes," But-but I want to eat it."

Hiroki couldn't help feeling sad. He said," How about this, I will tell how to make it and you and grandma will do it. Okay?"

Ai wiped her tears and nodded. Mirai," Okay then. The princess's request is our command. Let's go!"

The duo started cooking as per Hiroki's instructions who was looking after Ian sitting in his carrier. Mirai asked Hiroki," What else should we make?"

"How about chicken salad?"

"Great idea! Let's get on it."

Ai," Yeaaahhhh!!"

Hiroki looked around him and asked with curiosity," Where is everyone?"

"Oh! They went to visit a nearby shrine. They will be back soon."

"By the way, why are Kirihitho's and Tatsuya's sisters here?"

"Your dad thought that it will be a great idea to ask them, too. So that's why."

"That means even they are here?"

Mirai smiled," Yeah."

Just as she said this, a big clatter was heard in the entrance indicating everyone is back. They soon walked in the kitchen to find Hiroki looking at them with shock.

Haru got extremely excited to see Hiroki," Brother! You are here!"

Just as she was going to hug him, Mito beat her up and hugged him instead. Haru shouted at her in disbelief," Yah! You already met him! It's my turn!"

Mito ignored her and continued hugging Hiroki,who was extremely confused by his surroundings. Soon Haru and Mito got in fight, a very childish fight.

Itonome sat near him and asked," How are you? Is it hurting?"

"No. It doesn't huuuu...."

Just as he was going to say no, Itonome squeezed his shoulder.

Hiroki glared at him," You had to do it."

Itonome replied back sheepishly," Yeah. It's fun to caught you in lie."

Hiroki grumbled," I am not lying. But it will definitely hurt if you squeeze it."

"What will hurt?", Mikarin asked  who was standing behind them all this time. Hiroki got startled when he suddenly heard her and grew tense. He immediately left and walked near Mirai, who was talking with Kirihitho. Itonome saw this and replied in his stead," He fractured his shoulder."

Mikarin frowned," What? How?!"

Itonome said guilty," Because of me."

"Huh?! How?! And, why?!"

Itonome sighed and looked at Hiroki's back," I don't know. I really don't know what I was thinking. I am an idiot."

Mikarin also looked at Hiroki and couldn't help feeling guilty.

After dinner was over, Hiroki went outside and sat in porch while looking at particularly nothing. For some time, he wanted to be left alone. He looked at his surroundings where nothing was visible just like his future. He laughed at his own dry humor. 

Someone cleared their throat causing Hiroki to look at that person. He smiled at them. Tatsuya," What are you doing here? Isn't it cold outside?"

Hiroki," It's fine. I like coldness."

Kirihitho sat beside him while Tatsuya was looking for something on the ground. Kirihitho said," You seem sad. Is everything okay?"

Hiroki," I am not sad. I don't know what I am feeling, though."

Kirihitho looked at Tatsuya and nodded. Kirihitho held Hiroki's hand gently and said," Come with us."

Hiroki asked in utter confusion," Where?"

Tatsuya grinned," Don't ask."

Kirihitho held Hiroki's hand and led him behind Tatsuya. It was getting more and more dark. Hiroki was getting creepy feeling from this. The dark forest wasn't helping with his anxiety at all. He snapped a stick and yelped in surprise causing Tatsuya to laugh.

Soon, they reached a big open area with grass reaching up to their waists. Hiroki was getting scared. He asked," Where are we?"

Kirihitho said with a smile," Watch."

They both looked at Tatsuya who was standing in the middle of the grassland. He waved at Hiroki and then slowly brushed his hand from the grass. Tens of fireflies emerged from the tall grasses. Hiroki looked at them with wide eyes, utterly fascinated. Kirihitho also stepped near Tatsuya and many more fireflies emerged. He walked near Hiroki and dragged him near them. He indicated Hiroki to repeat Tatsuya's action.

Soon they were surrounded by hundreds of fireflies. All the darkness was swallowed by these little creatures emitting light. Everything turned from loneliness to happiness. Hiroki twirled around with his mouth open. It was the first time he had experienced such thing. He was really happy in that moment and forgot his every worry. 

He slowly tried to catch a firefly in his hands and when he succeeded, he gave the sweetest smile which Kirihitho and Tatsuya had never seen before. They were awe struck by that smile. Kirihitho immediately took out his phone and snapped a picture and then looked back at Hiroki.

Hiroki looked at them and said with teary eyes," This is really beautiful. Thank you."
