Chapter 56- Welcome to our company

"I am ready to sign the contract."

Kirihitho and Tatsuya asked at the same time," Really?!"

" Yeah."

Tatsuya said with excitement," That's great! So, I will call Shin to take you around to look at the office. And you can start from tomorrow."

Kirihitho," As for your assistants, you can meet them today. And if you need any more, you can tell us and we will arrange them for you."

Hiroki," About that. If I needed any more assistants, can I select them by myself? If only you agree."

Kirihitho smiled," Of course. You can select whoever you want."

Hiroki signed the contract papers while Kirihitho and Tatsuya were giddy. Finally they were able to win him.

Hiroki shook both of their hands and left the room. Shin and Mia were waiting for him outside.

Mia asked," So, how did it go?"

Hiroki smiled," It went pretty smoothly. I couldn't pin point anything in contract which I didn't want."

Shin snorted," Of course you didn't. Sir were awake until late last night just to make a perfect contract for you. You should be grateful to them."

Mia rolled her eyes after hearing Shin's blabbering.

Hiroki said with satisfaction," You are right. I should be grateful to them. So shall we go."

Shin nodded.

Shin," So, Mr.Kamazura-"

Hiroki frowned," Stop. Don't call me that. Hiroki is fine."

Shin nodded and continued," So Hiroki, this is 16th floor where our sirs' cabins are present. Also, every secretary who works under them, their cabins are also present here. There are total thirteen secretaries including me. And I have worked for them the longest i.e. for six years. So that means I am their senior. In future, you can ask help from any of these secretaries including me. There are also three small meeting rooms, two big meeting rooms, one conference room and an auditorium present on this floor. Now, I will take you to your cabin."

The trio arrived at 15th floor where Hiroki's cabin was present. Shin," On this floor, there are mainly conference rooms and meeting rooms only. There is only one department who works here i.e. your department. We call your department as legal office. As all the legal work are confidential, that's why we have kept this department isolated. You also require a card provided by company to enter in this department. Not many people can enter here. You, your assistants, higher officials and me. No one else is allowed."

Shin took out a card from her pocket and swiped it at the entrance door. She turned around and looked at Mia. 

Hiroki noticed this and said," Mia, wait for me here."

Mia bowed her head and walked to a far away corner.

Shin and Hiroki entered the legal office. Hiroki was shocked to see what was infront of him. Shin cleared her throat and said," We also call this department the messiest department as you can already see."

There were papers, files, pens everywhere. On the floor, chair, computer. Hiroki guessed they were even in the washroom and rest room.

Shin," Guys, please come here."

Three extremely tired looking people walked near them. Shin introduced them," Hiroki meet them. This is Anna, Sheila and Ravi. They are your assistants. And guys, this is Hiroki Kamazura, official legal advisor of Mr.Nakamura and Mr.Inoue and also your head."

All three of them bowed in respect.

Ravi said," It's nice to meet you. Finally I will have a male colleague or head with me. You know I have always worked with females only in this office."

Hiroki smiled slightly," It's nice meeting you too. I look forward to work with you all."

They all returned back to their desks and him and Shin continued their office tour. Shin took him in his cabin. When they entered, Hiroki was shocked for second time but for completely different reason. This cabin was really amazing. Like everything was amazing. The furniture, the interior, everything. Hiroki walked near the floor to ceiling window behind his desk and looked down. He was barely able to see anything on the ground. He slightly chuckled.

Shin," Amazing, right?"

Hiroki smiled," Yeah."

" Of course it will be. The former legal advisor was really close to Sirs. But she was a damn liar. Our sir were really hurt by what she did you know."

Hiroki said with concern," But I am worried about something. As you said, the former legal advisor was really to close to our sir that means she must be knowing every single legal detail about this company."

Shin sighed," You found the dent. That's the biggest concern that our sirs' are going through. Even though they abruptly fired her, this is going to affect them a lot. That's why they needed to find a really capable person to handle this situation. When for the first time you were able to come to an agreement with those Watanabe's, on that day only Mr.Inoue and Mr.Nakanura had their eye on you. So please" she bowed her head" help us. We need you. I hope you can forgive our mistakes and help us."

Hiroki stared at her and said," I will try my best."

"Thank you. So do you want to continue the tour or should I inform you about every floor here only?"

Hiroki thought for a while and said," You tell me everything here only. I am tired."

Shin nodded. They both sat on the sofa and she continued," This is 15th floor. On 12th to 14th floor there are finance department, the department who appoints models for the company and financial accounting department. On 10th to 13th floor there are human resources department, logistics department and operation management departments. And from 3rd to 12th floor there are sales department, accounting department, marketing department, Purchase department, technology and equipment department, IT department and strategy department. The Sales, IT and Marketing department are the biggest departments in our company while the legal office is the smallest one. As time goes by, I will introduce you to heads of all departments or your team can also do that. Do you have any questions?"

Hiroki," No. At least not right now."

Shin smiled," That's great. Welcome to our company, Hiroki."
