Chapter 48- Don't give Testimony

Hiroki reached the court by bus and immediately frowned. He looked in front of him in shock. There were many media outlets present in front of the court. He thought,' Are they here for today's hearing?'

"The news about the case got leaked."

Hiroki jumped out of his skin and looked behind.

He stared at Anzu and said," You scared me."

"Sorry."

Hiroki asked," How did it get leak?"

Anzu chuckled," Richies are involved. And also, you are currently a hot topic on internet."

Hiroki was confused," Huh?"

"You didn't see the news? You should check it out. Everyone is trying to know who is this mysterious child of Kamazura's."

Hiroki sighed," I have no interest in any of this. Anyways, how are we going to enter? They are literally waiting like predators."

Anzu replied nonchalantly," Oh, squeeze through them. Simple."

Hiroki frowned," I can't do that."

Anzu stared at him," Why?"

He touched his chest and said," I had a surgery recently. If by chance someone hurt me, I don't know what the consequences will be."

Anzu stared at him with wide eyes," Is it that grave?"

Hiroki chuckled," Not really. But no one should touch the machine on my chest. Is their a back door or something?"

"Yes there is." Someone said from behind.

Hiroki again got startled and looked behind him. He sighed," Haru."

Anzu glared at Haru and said," No one is asking for your help. So f**k off!"

Haru stared at her blankly and said," No one is offering you help either. I am here to take my brother to the court room safely. So, don't interfere."

Anzu clenched her fist and was ready to punch when Hiroki stopped her," That's enough! Anzu go to the court room. I will meet you there."

Anzu gave a look to Haru and left.

Hiroki walked close to Haru and asked," Are you ready?"

Haru nodded.

"Okay then. Let's go."

They both entered the court from different door where there was less crowded. 

Hiroki looked at people in the court room. Most of them were glaring at him. He couldn't help but chuckle lightly. Haru looked at him like he was some sort of idiot. She asked," What's so funny? Most of the people here wants to kill you and you are laughing?"

Hiroki replied," I just remembered my high school days. Nothing else."

Haru gave him a look and then went to Hakuto, Mirai, Kai and Itonome.

Mirai asked," Did you tell him to back off from this case?"

"No."

Mirai frowned," Why? What if-"

Haru interrupted her," Mom, that's enough. He knows what he is doing. The hearing will start soon. I will go."

Before Mirai could say anything, Haru walked away.

On the other side, Hiroki was arranging his things on the table when Kakeru approached him.

He said," Hiroki, why don't you give up? You are going to lose, anyways. So why to spoil your family's image in the business circle, huh?"

Hiroki smiled," Don't worry about my family's image so much, okay? And concentrate on your side."

Kakeru face turned red in anger. He started insulting Hiroki," Do you think of yourself as a high class lawyer, now? Remember this you son of a bit**h, you are everything today because of me! Don't think-"

"What did you say?", Someone interrupted their conversation.

They both stared at him.

Kakeru stuttered," Ah! M-mr. Na-nakamura! It's nice to meet you."

Kirihitho looked at him blankly.

Kakeru gave an awkward chuckle," I was just telling Hiroki to slow down. He just went through surgery and all. That's why!"

Kirihitho glared at him and said," F**k off."

Kakeru hurried back to his place.

Hiroki looked at him in surprise," What are you doing here?"

Kirihitho replied while still glaring at Kakeru," To look how you win this case. Tatsuya and Hikaru are also coming."

Hiroki smiled," It is not confirm yet that I am going to win."

Kirihitho looked at him with gentle eyes," I guarantee, you are going to win."

Hiroki also looked at him in eyes and said," Thank you. For everything."

Kirihitho smiled at him gently and stroked his hair.

"Hey! Sorry we are late! How is everything going?" Tatsuya said cheerfully while Hikaru stood beside him smiling.

Kirihitho immediately retreated his hand after hearing Tatsuya's voice.

Hiroki," Great."

Hikaru," That's good. All the best! You got this!"

The trio went back to sit on their respective places.

Hiroki arranged everything and sat on his sit while thinking,' I should tell Jakub to not to come.'

He immediately called Jakub and told him not to come.

On call-

Hiroki," You should not come."

Jakub," But why? I already reached the court room!"

Then don't give testimony. I don't want you to be in danger."

But-

Listen to me. The videos and photos you have given to me are more than enough. Now, you will come in here like any ordinary watcher and leave like any ordinary watcher. Understood?

There was long pause before Jakub finally replied

Fine. I will do as you say.

Hiroki ended the call and waited for trail to start.
