Chapter 90 - Hiroki's worst Nightmare

The next day, Hiroki stood in front of a nagging Mia. Mia," Remember, if anything happens you will immediately leave that place and go home with me."

Hiroki," Yes."

"I am always here. So come to me if anyone tries to bully you."

"Yes."

"No need to keep up with their temper tantrums."

"Yes."

"And most importantly, take care of yourself."

"Yes."

"Okay. You are free to go."

Hiroki smiled at her and waved her goodbye. It was his first day back in the company after his outburst. It felt really awkward to him. Hopefully, nothing would go wrong anymore. Hopefully. As soon as he entered the building, he was greeted by Shin," Finally you are here! Come on hurry up. You have a lot to catch up."

Hiroki smiled," Okay. Brief me with everything while we walk up to legal department."

"Okay. So, we have new deal. And it's really big. Director Yahiko got us this deal. This company can get back on track earlier than we think."

Hiroki was surprised," Really?! That's great! Director Yahiko is amazing."

" Yeah. He indeed is."

Hiroki stood in front of legal office and took a deep breath. He turned towards Shin and asked her genuinely," How did they react when they knew that I will come back?"

Shin said nonchalantly," Relieved. They thought the f**ked up big time. Well, they did. But everyone commits mistake."

Hiroki nodded and opened the door. The trio looked at him and he looked at them. Ravi sprang out of his seat and said excitedly," Head! You are back!"

Anna almost cried," Ah......I thought you will leave us! We are really sorry, head! We are so sorry."

Sheila said quietly but couldn't hide the tremble in her voice," We are glad you are back. Please forgive us, head. We promise to never act or do anything so selfish."

Ravi bowed his head," Please forgive us."

Hiroki laughed awkwardly," Okay, okay now. Let's just focus on our present and future. And I hope nothing like that will ever happen again."

Sheila nodded," We promise."

Hiroki smiled at them and said," Honestly, it feels really nice to come back even though I was gone for only 3-4 days. Let's all have a fresh start. And now with the new deal in our hands, everything will go great."

The trio nodded their heads in excitement and went back to do their respective work or whatever they were doing.
Hiroki and Shin went in his office while she told him everything about the new deal.

After she was done, Hiroki nodded in acknowledgement and said," You told me everything except the company's name."

"Ah, right. Myoga Machineries."

A thunder ran from Hiroki's entire body. He double-checked the name with Shin," Myoga Machineries? As in M.M. companies? The one whose branches are all over the world?"

Shin nodded," Yeah. Even I am shocked that they agreed to work with us even after knowing what happened."

Hiroki frowned," Are you sure they are the same Myoga Machineries or some different ones?"

Shin glared at him," Of course I am. The Ceo's son already visited us."

Hiroki's voice trembled," You mean, Kazuko Myoga?"

Shin looked at him in surprise," Yeah. Do you know him?"

Hiroki shook his head," No, I don't know him. Just heard his name once or twice."

"But it seems to me that you know him very well."

Hiroki shouted at her," I said I don't!!"
He surprised himself by shouting and immediately apologised," I-I am sorry. I didn't mean to shout."

Shin," You better be sorry. It was really unnecessary to shout at me. Anyways, hurry up. Mr.Kazuko is visiting us today and to also seal the deal. He is the one who is going to handle this project. Come on."

Hiroki walked stiffly towards the meeting room with Shin and Sheila, who he asked to come along with.
Tatsuya and Kirihitho saw him and smiled. Hiroki also smiled at them and went back to his stiff state. Kirihitho asked him," Nervous?"

"You can say that."

"It will be fine."

Hiroki nodded.

The door of the room opened and in came Hiroki's worst nightmare, Kazuko Myoga aka Hiroki's ex-boyfriend. Hiroki thought to himself,' The hell I am nervous about? He should be the one who should be nervous! Focus Hiroki! Focus!'

Kazuko smiled at Kirihitho and Tatsuya," It's nice to meet you guys again. I hope we will be able to finalise the deal today."

Tatsuya," Of course. Our legal advisor is here today. So, hopefully nothing would go wrong." He turned towards Hiroki and continued," Mr.Myoga this is-"

Kazuko cut him off," Hiroki Kamazura. I know. Heard about him a lot."
He stared at Hiroki with a complicated look while Hiroki avoided eye contact.

Kirihitho nudged Hiroki from besides," Say something."

Hiroki came back to reality and bowed his head down," It's nice to meet you, Mr.Myoga. Hope everything will go smoothly."

Kazuko smirked," I hope so too. My legal team is on the way. Actually, my finance is going to handle this deal. You must be knowing him well, Hiroki. You used to go to same college and shared same classroom for sometime."

Tatsuya was interested by this new information," Oh, really? That's great. You are meeting up with your former classmate."
He looked at Hiroki who was looking extremely pale. He turned towards Kazuko and said," Why don't you sit and wait? I have something to talk with our legal advisor."

Kazuko nodded and Kirihitho took the further charge of entertaining while Tatsuya dragged Hiroki towards a corner. He said sharply," What is wrong with you? What has gotten into your head?"

Hiroki shook his head and said," I am sorry. It's just I got startled when he mentioned his finance."

Tatsuya frowned," So? Is something wrong in that? He is just very proud of finance. What is wrong in that?"

Hiroki," No-no there is nothing wrong in that. It's just*sigh*...........You know what, I am sorry. I just got very distracted. I promise to focus."

Tatsuya held his shoulder and leaned down on his level," Look Hiroki, this is a very very important deal. Our entire company's fate on this deal. So please, please focus. We trust you a lot. Don't let it go in vain, okay?"

Hiroki nodded his head and they both went back to sit at their respective seats.

As soon as Hiroki settled, the door to the meeting room opened and in came, oh so glamorous and spectacular, Riki aka Kazuko Myoga's finance.
