Chapter 112- Now, I feel Embarrassed

After Sou and Ai finally left, Hiroki checked time and realised he was late. He said in hurry," I need to leave." He looked at Itonome and continued," You. Get those gifts which we promised to Ai."

Itonome looked at him in shock," What?! I don't know what four year old girls like!"

Hiroki started leaving," I don't care. Get those gifts. I don't have any time today!"

Itonome looked at leaving Hiroki and grumbled.

Shin cleared her throat and said," I also need to leave."

Mikasa asked out of curiosity," Why didn't you go with him?"

Shin sighed," He is going to company and I am going to factory. That's why."

Mikasa," Oh."

And just like that Mikasa and Itonome were left alone.
Itonome was still grumbling about what to do about Ai's gift when Mikasa offered," Um.....want my help?"

Itonome looked at her blankly.

She shrugged," If you don't want it's fine. Just so you know, I am mother of a four year old girl."

When she was about to leave, Itonome grabbed her hand yanking her behind on his chest. Both of their faces turned red and they instantly separated.

Itonome stuttered," I-I am sorry. I didn't mean to be so rough."

Mikasa scratched back of her head in embarrassment," It's fine."

"About the gift, can we first grab some co-coffee and then go?

Mikasa looked at him stunned for a while. Did he just ask her on a frigging date?!!! She snapped out of it and nodded causing Itonome to show a smile of victory.

It was already night when Hiroki completed his work. Everyone in the legal office had already left, he was only one who stayed behind. The work load was increasing day by day and they were short staffed on top of that. They needed to hire more people. He sighed thinking about all the work he had to do and at the same time worrying if Itonome got the damn gifts.

From gifts he remembered, he had to buy some for his parents upcoming anniversary, too. Too much work to do!

He got up and started leaving. When he was waiting for the elevator, someone tapped on his shoulder. His first thought was,' Who the hell is here on such a late hour?! Ghost?!'
He looked behind him with wide eyes and sighed when he saw it was just a human.

Sakaki smiled at him," Did I scare you?"

Hiroki shook his head," No. You didn't. Um, what are you doing here at such late hour? I think Mr.Nakamura already left one hour ago."

Sakaki nodded," I know. I came here to meet you."

Hiroki frowned," Me?"

Sakai looked at the watch and asked," Have you eaten anything? Shall we have dinner together?"

Hiroki gave him questioning look but nodded anyways.

Hiroki looked at the classic restaurant around him and sat uncomfortably. Sakaki indeed was Kirihitho's mother.
When he saw the menu card, there was a pang in his heart. This was more expensive than the restaurant Kirihitho and Tatsuya took him to. He frowned about what to order and in the end ordered a fairly cheap salad.

Sakai asked in confusion," Only a salad?"

Hiroki nodded awkwardly," I am not that hungry."

Sakaki said after a while," You know I didn't bring you here just to eat with you right?"
