Song Recommendation:
lovely - Billie Eilish ft. Khalid
---------------------------------

Jungkook returned to school on Monday feeling way too frustrated for his liking. He searched every possible music site, listened to every instrumental that was available, yet none resembled the one he had heard. It was a little foolish putting so much energy to find one damn song but Jungkook was borderline obsessed. He needed to hear the song again. Maybe he wanted to sing to it, but he just knew he needed it.

Not only could Jungkook not find the instrumental, he also couldn't get the mysterious blonde out of his head. He loved watching him dance with so much emotion and he admired it. He wanted to be like that. But he just couldn't. Jungkook underestimated himself way too much but he didn't know anything else. People never cared about him enough to be interested in what he likes and no one pushed him to do his best. Jungkook thought he was incapable of being good at anything, which is why he doesn't even try. I guess to him, if he tried and failed it would hurt less as compared to him trying so much yet still failing. Jungkook really didn't have anyone to push him to do something he loves.

He does all this nonsense to get attention from his parents, yet nothing. They just care about his grades, not his life. Which is why they argued again this weekend. His parents were so ruthless, calling him the worst of names just to get a reaction out of him. Of course, when Jungkook stood in front of them he seemed unfazed, but in solitude he actually cried, wishing for a way someone could hear him and help him. Jungkook had such a low self-esteem and his parents never helped. Usually good parents would bring their child's self-esteem up by showing them love and compassion, but Jungkook was unlucky in that department. He loved Taehyung, truly, but not even Tae noticed when Jungkook needed extra care or some love. Just a hug would be nice. A hug when he needed it to make him forget about his parents harsh words.

Jungkook couldn't wait to be out of the house Monday morning, beyond ready to go to school. He felt different, and impatient. Throughout the entire morning, Jungkook studied each blonde boy carefully but he didn't find anything. He was so sure it was a senior who topped his class in dancing, and so silly Jungkook paid careful attention to the seniors only. Searching for a blonde senior boy who resembled the one he witnessed dancing was hard. By the fourth period he was really unsuccessful. He watched all the seniors he passed during in between lesson times, but he came up with nothing.

Was that boy absent from school today?

Jungkook didn't know.

He was so occupied in his head that he didn't watch where he was going again. It was during the fourth period when he had dance class with Miss Han. He wasn't paying attention to the dance routine Miss Han was teaching them and accidentally stumbled back, knocking into a classmate. He didn't even turn around to see who it was, instantly blaming the boy he bumped into because, hey, it's easier to blame someone else.

"Watch it," he mumbles in an angry voice.

However, Park Jimin was royally annoyed. An asshole bumped into him twice during the span of a week, and both of those assholes blamed him so who the fuck do they think they are?

"Seriously? You bumped into me. Why the hell are you yelling at me when it should be in reverse?" Jimin says in frustration as he composes himself to focus on the lesson. Jungkook was shocked. No one really spoke to him that way. He wanted to turn around to argue back (even though the other boy was right), when the teacher interrupted them.

"Jeon Jungkook. Park Jimin. Anything wrong?" Miss Han raises an eyebrow at the two of them while she walks around the class, monitoring each student to see how they're performing. However, Jimin and Jungkook's little battle caught her eye.
