The zoo was the perfect place for Ichiro to have fun. He was stunned by all the animals, wanting to share his love for creatures with the younger girl. She was walking behind him, giving him a great sense of companionship. The way the younger girl listened intently to what he had to say made him smile the entire day, his cheeks occasionally flaring pink when Kazuki would embarrass him. It was only out of affection, but it was still mortifying when the blonde brought up childhood stories.

"Don't deny it, Ichiro. You loved it when grandmother would do your hair. It was so stunning, too," the blonde leaned towards the (h/c) haired girl and spoke quietly, but not so quietly the other male wouldn't hear it, "When he was younger, his hair used to be this magical silvery blue. Grandmother would parade it about the castle."

"Stop that, Zuki! She doesn't need to know that!"

"She was so proud of him. It wasn't any shock she loved Ichiro the best, not to say she didn't love Orion and myself. It's just that they shared their beautiful hair color. They spent all their free time making flower crowns for each other."

"Zuki! She already thinks of me as some kind of baby!" Ichiro whined, turning to the younger girl when he figured out his brother wouldn't listen to him, "(Y/n), please, I swear I'm a man!"

The younger girl chuckled, giggling childishly at the bluenette's plea. She wouldn't have thought he would take it so mortifyingly. There were numerous situations when she was younger that she wouldn't have been part of if she weren't a child. That being said, she found the relationship she had with his grandmother quite cute. She couldn't relate considering her family wasn't all that affectionate or present, but she could appreciate the bond between Ichiro and his grandmother.

"Just because you were a cute kid doesn't mean you're any less of a man," she chuckled then rocking back and forth on her heels, sticking out her tongue playfully, "Although I guess I don't see you as a man as much as I see you as a younger brother."

"I'm older than you!" the bluenette pouted, puffing out his cheeks.

"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, but can we pretty please see the lions?"

The bluenette completely forgot about the argument at hand and began to lead the three of them to where the big cats were. He marched joyfully, more than happy to show (Y/n) the way to her selected animals. That being said, at the same time, Kazuki gave a knowing look to the younger girl, the both of them glancing at the other playfully. The blonde then made sure to stagger his walking so that Ichiro couldn't overhear him so easily.

"You've figured out how he works, haven't you?" he chuckled, "Just bring up an animal and he's happy. For the record, you can do the same with his pets. If he's upset, put Chariot in his arms."

"He must really like animals," the (h/c) haired girl commented mindlessly, tilting her head just slightly, "I don't think I've ever seen someone love them so much."

"It's not just that he loves them. Any animal he's ever run into has loved him unconditionally. You've heard of people with green thumbs, haven't you? That someone is naturally apt at gardening? It's the same, except with him, it's animals."

"That can't be right."

"No, it is," Kazuki asserted, giving a serious expression to the younger girl as he spoke, "He's never been stung by a bee, never been bitten by an animal, nothing. In fact, animals tend to gravitate towards him. They just love him."

The younger girl shook her head, not believing a word the blonde said. The older male gave an understanding nod, but then he looked over at Ichiro, looking down into the lion exhibit with a delighted look. Kazuki then chuckled and patted the bluenette on the back before he lightly pushed the younger male into the exhibit. There were a few screams here and there from observers as well as (Y/n) who was mortified.
