Tessa's POV:

I'm crying. Like literally crying.

Today's our last cheer practice and football game of our high school career. I know I'm not a football player but I've been cheering for them for four years and I'm sad.

Instead of having an actual practice we're sitting around and telling our favorite moments as cheerleaders.

We all laugh sadly. "Remember when," she sniffles. "Um. When, I first started," she laughs. "I was so bad," we all laugh with her.

She was terrible at cheering, but with help from all of us she got better.

"Then you guys helped me, with my moves and after a while I got it." More tears falls down her face. "Why did you guys do that?" she asks.

"Tessa said, that we need to help you would do the same for us." Everyone looks at me.

"And I was right," I say. "You've been helping everyone out when needed. You help me when a new girl comes along, and you've been there for me since day one," I shrug.

"I love you T," she says.

"I love you too V."

Everyone starts awwing and saying I love you.

I roll my eyes at them.

"What about you Mel?" I ask her. "What about me?" she asks. "What's your favorite memory as a member of our family," I explain.

"Oh, um, it would have to be when we were learning the dance for the away game," she says. "When we finally got it right and we were in sink and it came out perfectly. Then we got all excited and hugged," she says.

I remember that day. We were having trouble with one part of the dance we just couldn't get, and when we finally got it. We were so happy. Coach gave us the rest of the day off, but we all stayed and just talked. That was an amazing day.

"That's one of my favorite memories too," a lot of the girls say.

How about you T," one of the girls say. "You've been kinda quiet."

"Oh um, my favorite memory would have to be. This, right here, right now." I look around the circle as more tears fall. "I mean I know this is probably the last night we'll spend as a team but you know," I sniffle. "I love you guys." That's when I break down in tears.

Everyone comes sits around me and we have a group hug. Scar, Mel, and Sam are the ones closest to me while everyone is around us.

Three hours later

It's time for the last football game ever of our high school career. Am I still crying, yes.

This is an very emotional time, okay. Four years ago, I didn't even think I was going to be here. I didn't think I was going to be alive.

Scarlett, Sam, Melissa and I are all talking and laughing with our friends and boyfriends. I can't believe how far we've come since the first game.

"Hardin, can you take a photo of us?" I ask him. He nods taking my phone.

He stand one behind the each other, smiling at the camera, holding each other's hand. After he takes the photo I post it.

After showing the girls what it looks like we go back to our conversations.

After an hour it's time for the game. I kiss Hardin goodbye and walk to the track.

I stop when a familiar voice calls my name. I turn and see it's the cute guy from our first game of the season. Hunter.

"Hey," he comes up and hugs me. We've texted a few times. Yes, he knows I have a boyfriend since a lot of our conversations have to do with Hardin and Hardin knows about Hunter.

Hardin trusts me so it isn't a problem.

"Hey," I hug him back. "I totally forgot you guys were playing today," I tell him honestly.

He laughs. "I thought so. I knew you were upset, especially after your Insta post earlier," he says.

Me and the girls did one last post before we had to go home and rest up for the game. In the picture we were all in a cirle crying our eyes out.

Before I can respond the horn blows saying that the game is about to start. We say our goodbyes and go to our teams on the opposite sides of the field.

I look up at Hardin on the bleachers. He winks at me and says I love you. I blow him a kiss and saying I love you.

I turn around when Sam gets my attention when the game officially starts.

The game is overway quicker than I would have liked. We are all crying again. Which had Hardin laughing at me.

There's a party tonight and we all are going.

I just hope everything goes well.
