Part 34

"I can trust you guys... right?" Lando and George looked at Alex and Y/n with confused looks, but nodded. "Yeah of course, but I don't understand... what's wrong?" Lando asked. Y/n had promised Alex that she would tell Lando and George about her and Charles since they were all best friends, and Alex already knew, and they deserved to know as well. She talked to Charles about it, and he agreed as well. So, right now they were sitting in her hotel room. Charles had left only 10 minutes ago to pack for the trip back home, so no one would disturb them. 

"Okay, I have something pretty serious to tell you guys, but I swear to God, you can't tell anyone" you could see that the two boys were getting pretty concerned. "We promise, Y/n. We're all best friends, remember?" George replied in a serious tone. "So uh, for the past, probably two months or so, I've been acting a little strange" she began telling the story from the beginning, both boys nodded in agreement. "Yeah we noticed"

"Well, it was because I've been pretty confused and sad and sometimes mad. But I had my reasons..." this was hard to tell. They were all listening carefully. "I was jealous because I wanted something that was unreachable. Until now... because it turns out that I was wasting my time feeling jealous." They looked confused. She had to get to the point soon. "Okay this is way too complicated. Long story short... I began developing feelings for Charles, and then a few weeks ago... I kissed Charles, and he kissed me back. And it turns out we've both had feelings for each other for those two months or so... and now we're kinda... boyfriend and girlfriend" she said carefully getting ready for reactions. 

Alex of course wasn't surprised, but Lando and George on the other hand... they looked like they had seen a ghost. There was a moment of silence, where no one knew what to say. At all. Until George finally took the word. "So just to be clear... You're dating Charles now?" she nodded and smiled a little. "Wow I- don't know what to say" George continued. Lando still hadn't said a thing. 

"Look, I know this is a lot. But as you said... we're best friends guys, and you deserve to know" another moment of silence occurred. "Please say something" she begged her friends. "Are you absolutely sure about this relationship?" Lando finally spoke up. She looked at him and smiled. "100 percent" 

"Then I'm happy for you" Lando replied and looked at George. "We both are" George finished. She smiled and let out a sigh of relief before embracing her best friends. "Thank you so so so much" she was so happy that her friends accepted it and understood.

Y/n let out a big sigh of relief, when she plopped down on Charles' couch in Monaco, wearing his hoodie and sweats, as she was waiting for him to heat up the soup they bought. A few minutes later Charles returned to the couch as well, and they put on a movie while eating their lunch, Charles wearing a hoodie and sweats too. They had some time of as the next Grand Prix wasn't until two weeks in Germany, and the couple were more than happy about that. 

So much had happened recently, Y/n thought to herself, and she was extremely happy to just be laying on a couch in comfy clothes, eating soup and watching a movie, before resting her head on her boyfriends chest feeling his heart beat calm her down as his chest slowly rose and fell down again. This truly was her happy place. Aside from racing of course.

"Love?" she was use to him call her all these cute nicknames including love, but it made her heart melt every single time, and she couldn't stop smiling. "Yeah?" she sat up, so she could look at him. "I have a surprise for you" her heart started racing a bit. "Really? What is it?" yes, she was definitely curious. Charles chuckled. "No, love. I can't tell you, that would ruin the surprise. Just be ready at 8 tonight, and dress up a little fancy" now she was even more curious, and she couldn't stop smiling. 

But Charles didn't give in. Instead he placed his hands on her cheeks and kissed her to shut up, and she did. Yeah, she magically forgot about everything and swung her legs over his, so she was sitting on his lap. Charles smiled and wrapped his arms around her and was about to throw her over, so he was on top. But this time Y/n smirked and turned a bit to the side before pushing him down on the couch placing herself on top. Charles gave her a confused smile that quickly turned into a smirk as he looked his beautiful girlfriend up and down. "That was hot" he whispered as she came closer leaning in again. 

And then, just before she touched his lips, she pulled away. She smirked at the frown Charles gave her, and just starred at him for a few seconds "Not fair" he said still frowning. "That's for making me too curious." she said giggling. But she didn't get a chance to move away before he started tickling her and eventually found his way back to her lips again. 

Sadly she had to pull away some moments later because she had to go get ready. She was still very excited and curious, and she smiled at him before making her way to the bathroom to take a shower and get dressed. Soon she was wearing a white silk dress that hung loosely around her legs but was tight around her waist and breast with thin strops and matching heels. She did her make-up and put on some jewelry before she was ready. 

Charles' mouth dropped, when she exited the bathroom. He looked her up and down and was honestly speechless. Y/n giggled seeing the look on his face, but she did have the same attraction to him. He was wearing a black suit with a white shirt underneath where the two top buttons were buttoned down. He was looking hot as hell, and Y/n bit her lip before smiling as he grabbed her hand. 

A/N I wanted to make this cute little moment for them and the rest in the next chapter. Don't worry we will be back to racing again soon, and there is still gonna be some drama and stuff. But right now they need their moment tihi. Anyway bye <333
