Chapter 38-Aftermath

The aftermath of yesterday hit me when I woke up. Tyler was sleeping in a chair in my room and he looked very uncomfortable, I bet his neck hurts.

I got up from the bed, making my way downstairs. It wasn't too messy downstairs, just decorations still up. I grab something from the fridge and sit on the barstool and start to eat it.

"Good morning" gio said scaring me

"You have to stop scaring people" I said

"That's how I keep people on their feet" he replied

"Whatever" I mumbled

"How are you feeling?" He asked

"Okay?" I questioned, I didn't even know myself if I was okay.

"What happened last night?" He asked. Memories of last night started appearing again and it was humiliating.

"I don't want to think about it" I said

"Tyler will ask you the same question" he replied

"I know" I said

"I'll ask what question?" Tyler asked walking in

"What happened yesterday" gio said

"Yeah, what happened yesterday?"  Tyler asked. Knowing him he was gonna get it out of me anyway

"I saw Lucas" I said

"What" gio exclaimed

"That's impossibly" Tyler said

"I don't know why or how but when I saw him, I started following him and when I caught him, it wasn't him. Then a bunch of people started looking at me and i didn't like the attention, it was too much for me and that triggered my panic attack." I said

"I told you that you shouldn't do a party" Giovanni said hitting Tyler

"I didn't know this would happen" Tyler replied hitting him back. They went back and forth between hitting.

"Can you two stop?" I questioned

"We'll finish this later" Tyler said point to Giovanni.

"Hello" Sophia's voice echoed

"Is my whole family here?" Tyler questioned

"Andrea went home with someone" gio said

"Of course she did" Tyler sighed

"Good morning, I brought pastries" Sophia said putting the box down

"Good morning" I said

"Feeling better?" Sophia asked

"Ehh" I replied

"What happened last night?" She asked

"I thought I saw Lucas which it wasn't him and the crowd and the attention on me caused the panic attack" I said

"Told you that it wasn't a good idea" Sophia said to Tyler

"I didn't know this would happen" Tyler exclaimed

"It's fine" I said

"No your birthday was ruined, we need a do over" she said

"A do over?" I questioned. I just wanted this day to end.

"Yes, you deserve it. Now what do you want to do today?" She asked

"I don't know" I shrugged my shoulders

"Think about it, now get ready. All of us" she said. I was rushed upstairs to get ready but I didn't want to do anything, I just wanted to sleep. Once I took a shower, I thought of what yo do. I did want to see my mom since I couldn't yesterday.
