Months and months passed and suddenly I stood a place between school and the real world.
I had to decide.
What was I going to do when I was leaving school?
It was June and exams were less than two weeks away.
I spent my mornings doing drugs, the day in classes, afternoons doing drugs and evenings cuddling with Naomi in either her dorm or in mine.
Right now it was in my dorm. I was on my stomach, my eyes shut and Naomi was drawing circles across my bare back with her fingers.
"What do you want to do after school?" she asked me.
I let out a breath against my pillow.
"I don't know." I said. "I've considered working with my uncle and my cousin in Romania, but then you came into my life."
"And then I came into your life?"
I hummed.
"I want to live in a flat with you inside of London." I said in a whisper, and Naomi's hand stopped.
"You want to live with me?"
"Yeah." I rolled onto my back. "I love you, and I want a life with you outside of Hogwarts."
Naomi smiled at me once she registered what I was saying. Then she leaned down and pressed a soft kiss to my lips.
"You'll need to meet my grandparents first though." She chuckled. "They wouldn't want me to move in with someone without meeting them first."
"Fair enough." I nodded, rubbing my nose.
"You should get that checked, you know." Naomi tilted her head. "Could be allergies."
I simply hummed in response, closing my eyes as she started drawing circles on my stomach.
"What do you think your parents would say?" She asked quietly.
"What? About us moving in together after Hogwarts?"
"No... about me being trans."
I opened my eyes and looked at her. She was nervously chewing on her lip and I smiled at her, grabbing her by the hand. I pulled her down on top of me, running my hand to the nape of her neck.
"They wouldn't care, Omi." I whispered, resting my forehead against hers. "You're talking about the woman who fought for LGBT rights in the late nineties and at the start of the twenty-first centuries."
"Yeah, but people can be transphobic and not homophobic." She said, hiding her face in the nape of my neck.
"Well, I can assure you that my parents are neither homophobic or transphobic."
"Okay." She whispered, pressing a kiss to my neck. "I just wanted to make sure."
"And that's fair." I told her, running my fingers through her hair.
She placed another kiss on my neck. It was a slow and passionate kiss. She parted her lips and let her tongue come in contact with my skin.
I sighed, tilting my head to give her more access to my neck and my throat.
Then she sucked. She sucked my skin in between her teeth, biting down on my skin and then she sucked on the same spot again.
When she let go of my skin, she brushed her nose against the spot and then sucked another spot into her mouth.
"Fucking hell." I whimpered, squeezing my eyes shut.
I ground my hips against her, spreading my legs to allow her to lie between them.
While she sucked on my neck, she ran her hand down between our bodies, slid it under my school skirt and cupped my sex, rubbing me through my knickers.
I ran my hand into her hair, pulling at it and she grunted against my neck.
A door opened and Naomi quickly got off of me while I sat up and smoothed the material of my skirt down.
Dominique stood in the doorway, sighing.
"Seriously? You couldn't have chosen a different place for that shit?" Dominique asked and then cocked an eyebrow when I rubbed my nose.
"Something irritating your nose, Sabrina?" She asked, knowing exactly why it was itching.
I glared at her and Naomi looked at me while Dominique walked over to her bed. When I looked at Naomi and avoided her eyes, she suddenly seemed to realise something.
"Hey, Dominique?" Naomi asked while keeping her eyes on me. "Can you leave again? I need to have a word with Sabrina."
"One moment." Dom said, taking off her robes and throwing them over the end of her bed.
Then she let her long ginger hair out of a ponytail, grabbed the book on her nightstand and walked back out of the door.
When she shut the door behind her, Naomi let out a breath.
"You've been doing drugs." She stated and I noticed the way she clenched her jaw.
I reached out to run a hand against her jaw, wanting to soothe her skin and make her calm down, but she grabbed my wrist and forced my hand away.
"Omi—"
"Do not call me that right now." She said. "You've been doing drugs!"
I didn't say anything. She got off the bed, folding her arms over her chest as she stared at me.
"I don't know how I didn't see this! You're always rubbing your nose. You're scratching your arms and you're can't sit still! I should've noticed!"
I pulled my knees up to my chest, putting my chin on them as I stared into the room.
"Sabrina. Why didn't you tell me?"
I shook my head.
"There's nothing to tell."
"Seriously?"
"Yeah." I lifted my head and looked at her, licking my lips.
"Merlin's beard... you're the one who's been stealing out of my stash, aren't you? I went and I confronted one of my buyers but it was you! You've been stealing from me from months!"
I shook my head.
"No." I muttered. "No... I borrowed it. I was going to pay you back, Omi. I tried getting it from my uncles office so I didn't have to take it from yours but sometimes I couldn't because he was in his office and I had to find it elsewhere."
"Elsewhere... in my fucking bag, Sabrina!" She yelled. "I've been taking drugs from my grandparents medicine cabinet so that I could sell and save up for my future outside of school, and you knew that!"
I sighed and shut my eyes.
"I'm sorry."
"Jesus fucking Christ..." Naomi let out a heavy breath and when I looked at her, she ran a hand over her mouth. "...we need to tell your uncle. We—"
"No." I shook my head quickly. "I can't do that. Omi, please."
"Baby." She whispered, her eyes furrowed as she dropped to her knees by the bed, grabbing onto one of my hands. "Why didn't you tell me? I could've helped you."
I shut my eyes and leaned into her, feeling her arms snake around me.
"I promise I'll stop." I whispered. "I won't do it anymore, alright? I won't."
