Now that it's been revealed who's really hurting Adriana, there'll be several chapters from her point of view.

Adriana

"You're constantly in here." Theo sighed as he looked through my stack of books next to my bed. "If you'd just apologise to Breena, you'd get out a lot more."

"I get out..."

"To go to class, yeah." He nodded and looked up at me. "Let's face it, you don't have other friends than her, and whenever you're fighting, you're hiding in here."

"I go to Hogsmeade with you." I said and he smiled as he stood up.

"But that's all, isn't it? You should learn to go places on your own. You can't do that, can you? Always dependent on someone. Either Sabrina, me... or your deadbeat father."

I gulped.

"He's not a deadbeat father. The definition of a deadbeat father is someone who doesn't pay child support."

Theo's smile dropped.

"Stop talking to me like I'm dumb, okay?"

His voice was sharp, and I quickly nodded.

"That wasn't my intention. I'm sorry."

He took a step closer to the bed and reached for my hand, bringing it up to plant a kiss in my palm.

He kissed his way down my arm before he got into the bed and placed a hand against my jaw, tilting my head back.

"Kiss me."

"Theo—"

"C'mon. What's the issue?" He chuckled. "Kiss me."

I tilted my head back and my lips instantly met his.

He pushed his body against mine until I laid down, his fingers finding the back of my thighs, hooking them over his hips.

I wrapped an arm around his neck as he pushed his tongue past my lips. He rocked his hips against mine and I let out a whimper against his lips.

Theo reached behind us to undo the belt in the trousers he wore, but as soon as he managed to undo them, the door opened.

He broke the kiss and sighed before he sat up on his knees, looking back at Sabrina who was standing there, looking very disgusted.

"Fucking hell, Breena. Do you have to always interrupt?" Theo asked and got off of me, allowing me to sit up and fold my legs into the position they were in before.

"I'm sorry but whose dorm is this?" Sabrina asked. "Not yours as far as I'm concerned."

Theo rolled his eyes and got off the bed, closing his belt again.

"Theo, leave." Sabrina said and stepped aside to make room for him to walk through the door. "I have to get changed."

"Changed? Into what?"

"What do you think? Different clothing perhaps?" Sabrina said with her voice full of sarcasm.

Theo looked back at me.

"You coming?"

"I'll— I'm actually really tired. Would it be okay if I stayed and took a nap?"

"Why are you asking him?" Sabrina laughed. "You don't need his permission to take a nap. Theo knows that."

Theo looked at Sabrina who walked over to find some clothes in her dresser before he walked over to me and leaned down to kiss my cheek.

"I'll see you later." He whispered before he left the room and closed the door behind him.

I let out a sigh of relief and as Sabrina took off her robes, she turned to look at me.

"You alright?"

I nodded.

"Can I... I don't know, ask you a question?" I asked softly.

I hated having to ask her when we weren't on good terms, but I did need her help.

"Sure."

I sighed.

"I had a fall earlier which may be why I'm feeling so drained, but it left me a big bruise on my side and I've tried using the regular healing charms to fix it but it isn't working. I don't know how to get rid of it and I don't want Theo seeing it."

Sabrina had unbuttoned her shirt and left it like that as she walked over to me.

"Can I see it?"

"Uh... yeah." I got up on my knees and pulled my shirt out of my skirt, lifting it to show her the bruise on my side.

"Jesus fucking... how did that happen?!" Sabrina exclaimed as she held up the shirt for me to have a look at the bruise.

She touched it with her hand and I winched, making a face at the pain.

"I fell down the stairs." She said. "It was rather embarrassing."

Sabrina then looked at my face and shook her head before looking at the bruise again.

"You've got to go to madam Pomfrey about that."

I looked down at my own bruise, then got off my bed and shoved the shirt back into my skirt.

"It's fine. It doesn't hurt that badly anyways."

"Adri..." she sighed. "...fine, if you won't go to Pomfrey about it, we'll go see my uncle. I know he's down in the dungeons right now. He's good with magic. He can help."

"I said it was fine!" I snapped. "I'll give it a few days. I'm sure it'll heal itself."

I brushed my hand through my hair as I hurried out of the room, hurrying down the stairs but stopping when I saw Theo stand in the common room as if he was waiting for someone.

"I though you were tired."

"I... I am." I nodded. "But I couldn't sleep so I thought I'd go find you."

He hummed and held his hand out for me to grab and when I did, he led the way out of the common room.

The second we were alone in an empty corridor, he tugged at my arm before he shoved me so that my back hit the wall.

"Why are you lying to me?" He asked, staring at me with tough eyes and a clenched jaw.

"I-I'm not."

"You're not?" He laughed. "You just wanted to be alone with Sabrina, didn't you? What did you tell her?"

"Theo, please don't." I took a deep breath. "Don't start... I didn't tell her anything. I was tired and I tried to sleep but she was walking around the room, being too noisy and I couldn't."

"You expect me to believe you?" He asked, taking a few steps towards me.

He placed a hand on either side of my head, locking me in against the wall.

"I don't know why you're lying to me, darling, seeing as I'm the only one who cares about you. Sabrina doesn't give a shit, neither does your father." He said and when I looked down, he grabbed my jaw and forced me to look at him. "His wife died and he was left with their daughter... why do you think he drinks?Because he can't stand being near you when sober."

The door to the corridor opened and Theo pressed his lips to mine to make it seem like we were simply a couple making out.

"Silverberry, Pucey... you know the rules about snogging in the corridors." McGonagall's voice spoke and Theo stepped away, smiling innocently.

"Sorry professor."

McGonagall simply shook her head as she passed through the corridor and the second she left, Theo turned towards me.

"You're not fucking easy to love, Adriana." He spat. "Yet I'm here, aren't I? And I love you... so stop making it so hard. Don't lie to me again."
