Eventually, you will be getting scenes with smut, and originally this chapter was supposed to be one, but I am not in the mood to write it whatsoever so it'll be a regular chapter.

Hope you enjoy it!

In November, we played against Slytherin... and won.

We celebrated it with a party in the Gryffindor common room.

Now, we were nearing Christmas and we were going home for the holidays.

"This is literally so ridiculous." Theo groaned as he laid on Adriana's bed. "He took my cigarettes!"

"I told you to not pull them out in class." I said with a chuckle.

Uncle Marco had taken Theo's cigarettes after he played with them in the middle of potions class.

Theo sighed and propped himself up on his elbows.

"What's up? What are you gonna do when you get home?"

I glanced at him and shrugged.

"Are you gonna choose Hannah or that freak?" He asked and I sighed, turning to look at him.

"Stop calling her a freak. She has a name."

Theo rolled his eyes at me.

"And the thing between Naomi and I... it's strictly sex." I said. "Sexual favours. I'm in love with Hannah— have been for a while."

"She's a horrible person."

"I know." I nodded. "I wish my feelings were different but..."

I shrugged.

"...they aren't." I breathed, closing my trunk. "...can you carry this to the entrance hall?"

"You've got two fucking hands yourself, Sabrina."

"Theo, please." I groaned. "I'll owe you."

He looked at me for a moment before he got off the bed with a sigh.

"Fine." He grabbed sit and went to leave the dorm as Adriana entered, almost bumping into him.

I saw the entire action. The way Theo gritted his teeth, a flash of anger passing over his face for a split second and Adriana's eyes showing fear, but then it was gone again and Theo passed through the door.

I straightened up, staring at Adriana as my mind rethought what I just saw.

"You alright?" I asked Adriana who looked at me and nodded while gulping.

Her hand went to her arm and as she rubbed it, her sleeve rose up, revealing a blue bruise.

She hasn't seen her dad for months.

With a frown, I watched Adriana walk over to her almost finished packed trunk, continuing to pack her things down.

Then I looked towards the door.

Theo wouldn't...

"Hey Adri?" I asked, causing her to look at me. "You've got a bruise on your arm. How'd you get it?"

She looked at her arm, then at me but avoided my eyes.

"I tripped." She explained. "Hit my arm on the door yesterday morning."

She sounded convincing but something about the whole situation and the way Theo looked at her was suspicious.

Something was off.
