Las Vegas..Part 4 : Pleasure in Vegas...

Hardin's Point of View...

Our next three days were spent mostly in our bedroom, both of us cherishing eachother's company. We had a very minimal outing in the past three days. We covered some parts of Las Vegas that we're not covered on our first day. We went to Fremont Street where Tess dragged my uninterested body to almost every shop that caught her attention. The best memory from that night was me kissing Tess in front of hundreds of people, who didn't know us but happily congratulated us for engagement and upcoming nuptials. We also enjoyed the different types of street performances at Freemont Street.

We also went to the Venetian hotel and enjoyed the view from our gondola rides. Tess made me click various selfies that she posted on her Instagram account without caring to ask me if I like her to do that. We clicked many pictures outside the Paris hotel, in front of the Eiffel Tower, imitating that it's the real Eiffel Tower and we are in Paris. I promise Tess that we will visit Paris on our first wedding anniversary.

We spent a memorable night at the famous Bellagio Resort and watch their famous Fountain Show. Tess felt cold that night and for the entire time, she wrapped her tiny body inside my jacket, making me feel her as close as possible and helping her stay warm.

On our third day, I took Tess to Mirage Hotel. It's famous for its Erupting Volcano and Siegfried & Roy's secret garden. Inside the hotel premises, we also went to Dolphin Habitat, where we watched dolphins performing different forms of art in their 2.5-million-gallon pools. We rounded our third-day trip by visiting The Mob Museum. Many will imagine that it must be me who thought about visiting The Mob Museum but in reality, it was Tessa's idea to visit the museum. She is a fan of Thriller movies and apparently in some classic mob movie she watched the museum and it was her childhood dream to visit the museum.

On our fourth day, we did cover almost all the remaining spots. We went to Shark Reef Aquarium, Neon Museum, Luxor Hotel, Stratosphere Tower, Vegas Indoor Skydiving institute, Excalibur hotel, and the world-famous Madame Tussaud's. Tess almost forgets that she has a husband or more like her would-be husband, the moment she entered Madame Tussaud's. She started running around like a small child on a leash. We had fun that day. Tess made me click here pictures with statues of many famous actors and actresses. Looking at her, so happy, with me, for once I felt worthy and completed. At the end of our fourth day, we visited the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. The Las Vegas Motor Speedway is home to NASCAR races, something I liked to watch growing up. It's something you won't find in Washington or Seattle. We bought tickets for five races, Tessa didn't understand much but she tried her best to enjoy considering I was super thrilled to witness my childhood dream coming true.

As mentioned we did go out as little as possible, considering we spent most of our time celebrating our engagement. Sex. Yes, the best highlight about our entire trip. Don't get me wrong, me proposing to Tess while we were flying high, me witnessing my childhood dream coming true, watching Tessa enjoying her time with me, all do make my highlight list but making love to Tess, it's something that will always top my list. Tessa's best friend joked about us returning as three from our trip, I did hear that while she was face timing her friend. I want to make her friend's statement come true. I am glad to have Tessa as my life partner but I cannot wait to start a family with her.

I am well aware of my father's will and for many, they think I am using Tessa for my advantage. But, they are wrong. I love Tessa. I know it was wrong of me to ask Coley for marriage when I heard about my father's will. But if I have to fulfill my father's wish to inherit his legacy and his property then I will better do it with Tess. I will marry Tess and will have kids with her. In that way, I will get a family of my own and I will easily inherit my father's property.

Having Kids with Tess does scare me a bit. I don't want to ruin my own child's life, considering I never had a proper childhood, to begin with. My father abused my mother and abandoned me and my mother for another woman. On paper, I will become a shitty father but I know we can overwrite and rewrite our destiny. I will show everyone that your past cannot define your present. I will love my children, I do wish to have more than one child with Tess. A girl and a boy. That will be perfect. A mini Hardin and a mini Tessa, to complete our family.
