Cordelia's PoV
I cooed in my sleep as I felt my body going warm. I turned around in the bed and pulled the blanket off of me. I blinked my eyes before widely opening them as I saw a face staring at me.
"Oh, Rowena!" I hit Draco's arm as he smiled at me, "Who the fuck looks at a person like this?" I said breathing heavily, "Especially when they're sleeping" I added as he turned me to him. "Well..." He paused, "There's two reasons for it" He began, "One will make me look like a loveable goof and the other will make me look like a fucking loser"
I looked at him, "I want to know both" I said as he groaned, "You look cute when you're asleep, you do, I am not joking!" I rolled my eyes as he paused, "And the other one?" I asked as he sighed, "I have woken up to an empty bed for the past nine years" He said in a slow voice.
My heart broke for him.
"I just... I just didn't want that today morning" He added looking at me. His eyes wandered to my body as I realized I pushed the covers off of me. "I've already seen it, darling" He mumbled as I started looking for the blanket. His fingers traced the scars on my front.
Scars from the Sectumsempra spell.
"They're new" I said looking at them, "Not the old ones" His eyes met mine as he nodded, "I got them on the field" I said as he was still looking at them, "I was... dueling with a Death Eater and she shot the spell" He nodded and looked up.
"I'm sorry, darling" He said quickly, "For everything you had to go through in school and well, after that because of me. I-It was never my intention, I- I just-" I quickly placed my lips on his making him sigh, "It's okay, Drac" I mumbled against his lips.
"It is?" I just nodded making him smile. "You look so gorgeous when you smile" I said as he blushed. "You know what else makes me smile apart from you?" He asked as his fingers made small figures on my stomach. "What?" I asked as he smirked.
"A date with you" He flirted as I scoffed, "Nice way to ask me on a date, Draco, isn't it?" He shrugged as I looked at my phone, "Can't sorry" I said sitting up straight. He dropped his smile, "What? Why? Wh- Did I so something?" He asked quickly as I stood up.
"Oops" I mumbled as I couldn't stand up straight. I looked back at him already smirking at me. "Why can't you go on a date with me?" He asked again as I smiled internally, "Draco, I thought you knew this was a one time thing" I joked tying a robe around me.
He quickly followed me to the bathroom, "There is no way you fuck me so good last night and think that this is just going to be a one time thing" He said making me laugh, "Oh, when did you become so gullible, Draco?" I laughed as he cursed under his breath.
