A/N: If you only want to read the wholesome fluff, skip the last part. I won't blame you. But if you're curious and want to find out the ending, go ahead and read it. Either way, enjoy :)

"Wow," Amity breathed. "It's gorgeous."

Luz smiled, keeping her eyes on the sky. "It is, isn't it?" She agreed.

The two of them were laying down on a hill near the Owl House, gazing up at the stars. Luz had suggested it, as she loved to go stargazing back in her realm and thought it would be nice to go with her girlfriend.

Now, her eyes darted around the night sky above her and soaked it all in. It was an awe-inspiring experience, because when you were laying down on the ground, it felt like the entire sky was all around you, giving you a hug. It felt like you were a part of the universe.

"Do you guys have constellations?" She asked quietly.

"Mm-hm." The witch pointed at a cluster of stars to the left. "That's Adan there. He's the abomination constellation." Next, she pointed to a spot further down in the sky. "That's Cleo, the oracle constellation."

"The Boiling Isles has different constellations for each coven?" Luz asked, surprised. "Wow. Ours are mostly based on myths. What do they look like?"

"Adan looks sort of like the Abomination Coven's symbol, and Cleo looks like the Oracle Coven's symbol, too—an eye. Old legends say our covens were based on which constellation was brightest at the time you were born."

"Ooh, maybe that's why I'm in more than one coven track!" Luz said excitedly. "Maybe it was fate! I was born under different constellations than yours, so none of them had an influence on me!"

Amity smiled softly and turned her head to face the excited human. "Maybe," she echoed.

Luz turned to face her, too, and they locked eyes. She was suddenly aware of the fact that their faces were only inches away. The human's eyes flitted over Amity's features: her purple hair strewn out on the grass, her pale skin that looked almost ghostly, her tender golden eyes that shone in the moonlight. She moved her face slowly closer, feeling as if Amity was a magnet that was drawing her in. She couldn't resist it. Even if she had been able to, she wouldn't have because oh my titan her girlfriend looked so pretty in the moonlight.

Only centimeters separated them now. The latina couldn't help but stare into those mesmerising golden eyes as she drew even closer. One more subtle movement, and then suddenly they were connected.

The kiss only lasted a few moments, but when they pulled away, they were both smiling.

"Amity?" Luz asked quietly.

"Yeah?" She answered breathlessly.

"I love you."

"I love you too."

The end.

Luz sat on the bunk bed in her cabin, holding her notebook. She knew she shouldn't be writing fantasy stories like this at the Reality Check Summer Camp, but she couldn't help it. Camp was just so BORING. The only way to keep herself from losing her mind was to secretly write about stories like this. In a place where she had to squash down her true self, her only escape was to write about a place where she could be free, a version of herself that was brave and kind and unapologetically her.

She looked out the window at the kids swarming around, the counselors directing them, the other bunks.

If only that world was real.
