Jenny shut the trunk of the Impala and shoved her gun in her pants, walking back over to Sam and Dean. Sam grabbed the chain that locked the fence and frowned.

"Oh, come on Sammy. Don't tell me you've never hopped the fence of an abandoned asylum before?" Jenny joked as she grabbed onto the chain link, climbing over it as Sam and Dean watched. She hopped down from the top, looking back at the two of them from the other side.

"You two just gonna stand there? Come on." She grabbed her flashlight from her belt loop, turning it on and shining it in the boys faces before walking off. Rattling came from behind her, followed by two thuds and a chorus of cursing. Jenny turned around and beamed the flashlight on Sam, who was stacked on top of Dean.

"Really?" She raised a brow as the two scrambled to stand up. She looked down at Sam's pants, which were torn. She slowly looked back up, a part of his pants caught on the fence. Jenny covered her mouth to stifle a laugh, Sam glaring at her.

Sam rolled his eyes before walking past Jenny and into the asylum. Turning back to Dean, he had a wide grin on his face as he held a small knife. Jenny frowned at him, following after Sam.

"Oh, come on it was funny!"

Jenny waved her flashlight around as well as Sam and Dean, who were examining the asylum slowly.

"So apparently the cops chased the kids here....into the south wing." Sam waved his flashlight past Jenny, indicating to a door.

"South wing, huh? Wait a second—" Dean pulled out his dad's journal from his inside pocket, Jenny frowning in confusion as she questioned how big the pocket was. "1972. Three kids broke into the south wing, only one survived. Way he tells it, one of his friends went nuts and started lighting up the place. "

"So... The south wing had something go down. Fun." Jenny turned back to the boys as Dean shut the journal, pocketing it.

"But if the kids are spelunking the asylum, why aren't there a ton more deaths?" Jenny raised her brows.

"Spelunking? Last time I checked, this place isn't a cave." She joked as Sam continued looking around, humming

"Looks like the doors are usually chained." He stated the obvious, walking over to one of the doors and rattling the broken chain around. "Could've been chained up for years."

"Keep the people out." Jenny mumbled, eyeing the boys. "Or keep something in."

"A ghost? Poltergeist?" Sam questioned as Jenny shrugged.

"I think I would have felt something if it were a poltergeist. Considering our last hunt." Jenny reminded as the two boys fell silent, and she sucked in a breath. "Come on."

Sam slowly pushed the door in front of him open, Jenny pausing for a moment as a cold rush blew in her face. Sam and Dean started walking forward, Jenny holding a frown before joining them.
