"Babe don't be so dull, it'll be fascinating!" Ashton protested, dragging you by your wrist into the cinema. Ashton had heard about a documentary that was being screened at your local cinema that showed youth workers building and renovating homes affected by a hurricane in New Orleans and he was now hell bent on seeing it, insisting that the cinematography would be phenomenal and something you just had to see.

He managed to get you in, under the promise that when you got home he would make it worth your while and he even mentioned something about whipped cream. You settled yourself in comfortably, allowing Ashton to wrap his arm around you and pull you close, so everyone in the cinema could see you were his girlfriend.

The documentary began and as you predicted it was rather dull, although very heart warming and beautifully shot it just wasn't something you could pay attention to for two hours but Ashton sat by your side, eyes intensely secured on the big screen, taking small breaths whenever something sad happened and letting out little 'wow's' whenever the team did something amazing.

You smiled to yourself as you realised you were no longer watching the documentary, you were watching Ashton, the way his eyes lit up, the way his lips curled upwards into that mesmerising smile that had become your favourite thing to see. You just sat back, eyes trained on him and closed your eyes...

"Y/N! Y/N! Wake up!" A voice startled you as long fingers prodded at your waist. You grumbled and turned your body, wanting to stay comfortable. "Y/N! You fell asleep and missed half the film!" Ashton complained, still poking your body.

"No, I didn't!" You insisted sleepily.

"Okay, what happened at the end then?" Ashton asked, putting his hands on his hips sassily.

"Dumbledore saved the works." You mumbled, only half awake and Ashton burst into laughter.

"Wrong film princess." He giggled, grabbing ahold of you and pulling you up into his strong arms. You leant your entire body against his, letting him support you and help to lead you out of the cinema.

"Sorry, Ash." You said apologetically once you were outside and feeling refreshed from the cool, autumn air.

"What're you sorry for love?" Ashton frowned.

"I fell asleep."

'Don't worry! I still enjoyed it. Honestly though I wish you could have seen it, it was so amazing! So beautiful and inspiring!" Ashton marvelled as you walked side by side and hand in hand and you let him ramble on about the film as you walked, happy to purely be in his presence.

Yeah this was super short and most likely sucked so I apologise for that but whatever I hope you like it anyhow.
