THREE MONTHS LATER
It is strange how people think that when you loose someone special in your life you will completely forget that person. You will act as if that person never existed. It's so absurd. Yes, people forget you when you are gone or you don't play a major role in their lives, but not your loved one. They hold you to their heart. They're are the ones that know your importance. Just like in Anwaar's case.
He doesn't know how to go about with his life. Everything just seems to make a halt. He wants to sheaf his heart and stop feeling all sorts of pain. It's been months already, but it still feels like a day. The memories, they are still visible and fresh.
If only he didn't make that call with her at that time, but then it was destined to happen.
Her love is intensifying in his heart day by day and he doesn't understand. He doesn't know how to control himself. He is far away from her, but he is feeling the strong emotion in his body.
It's so overwhelming!
He blew out a long breath as he continued to look at her picture in his lock screen. He knows that it's harming him, having to see her picture when he on his phone, but he can't help it, can he?
He received a call from his family few hours ago and his mother asked about his well being that spurred him to start thinking about his problems, and knowing that he couldn't lie to her, So he told her everything. Knowing his mother will always give him her shoulder to lie on.
She advised him to hold on to his faith, pray to God and have patience. That's the key, always.
But then up till now he can't stop thinking about the act Tariq displayed few months back. When Tariq sent him the voice note, to say he was shocked will be an understatement;
He didn't know him to be like that. They have been friends for years so what could have changed. He needs answers! The guy has refused to answer his calls and messages. Heck, it seems like he has even blocked him.
Huh!
That is serious.
He still can't wrap his head around the fact that Tariq was talking about Afreen. He has questions to ask, seriously.
His thought came to a halt hearing the doorbell ring. His brows drew in and a frown casted on his face. He hopes it's not that girl, because she has been disturbing his life lately.
