Dear diary,

I return to share the events of today with you.

My heart feels like it could burst with the overwhelming happiness pulsating in my chest.

This is everything I've ever yearned for.

Him, gazing into my eyes and recognizing me for my dedication and hard work.

I poured my soul into the report he tasked me with.

I'm elated that he was impressed by my efforts.

And now, I've been appointed as his second secretary, to undergo training under his current secretary.

He believes I can be a valuable asset to her.

I accepted, not because I seek a better job, but because it means I'll be closer to him.

And that alone is more than enough for me.
