Went to Bed, Couldn't Get Up in the Morning.

The next morning Y/n only woke up when the sunlight filtered through the small window forcing her out of her sleep. Confused about why exactly she hadn't gotten dragged out of bed at the asscrack of the morning as per usual she woke Avi up with a poke to the slime's side. "Why wasn't I woken up?" She asked curiously, knowing just how stingy Xiao was with his training regiment, she hadn't been able to sleep in since before she started living in the Inn.

Avieer begrudgingly opened his eyes to stare at her in annoyance for a moment waiting for her to elaborate. Once it was clear she wasn't going to clarify what she meant. "No." He stated curtly before trying to go back to sleep.

Y/n however, was intent on interrogating him, as she picked him up before plopping the light slime onto her lap, "Then why wasn't I woken up this morning?" She asked skeptically.

Avi let out an exasperated sigh, I'm not going to tell you." He stated bluntly.

Y/n continued to doubt him, pointing out, "Why not, I'm a plenty trustworthy person to confide in." she squished the slime slightly whilst she spoke; using Avi as a makeshift fidget for the moment. 

Avi, knowing that she would not leave him to sleep in peace, stated, "Think about that for a moment." Leaving her to bask in the silence before finally adding. "You got to sleep in, why are you complaining?" In slight annoyance. 

The woman thought for a moment before answering, "You have a point, but it still feels weird." She muttered, feeling like the schedule she'd gotten used to had been blatantly ignored. Setting him back on the sheets she got up, stretching a bit. "I'm gonna go interrogate the others," She said briefly as she tossed on some comfortable clothes.

After leaving her hotel room she looked around for any sign of Xiao. But as she searched she noticed another peculiarity. where the fuck did Scaramouche and Aether go? She wondered. Going over a few possibilities before shaking it off. Deciding to see if Goldet knew any information she went to the front desk.

However, she was only met with a sign. 'For personal reasons, the Inn will not be accepting any new guests for the day.'  A bit annoyed with the lack of communication Y/n grumbled, "what the fuck, where the hell did these pricks go?" getting progressively more annoyed with the fact that it seemed nearly everyone had left her to twiddle her fingers for the day. 

Grabbing her spear, she ran back to her room and grabbed a backpack, shoving in a day's worth of snacks, and enough mora to last her. "Avi, you're coming with!" She said snatching the slime to take with her as she rushed back out of the room. 

As she left the Inn, Avi asked, "Why are you dragging me along?" knowing she could probably handle whatever hijinks she was about to get entangled in. 

Y/n replied cheerfully, "You, sir, will be my GPS for the Harbingers! I know, a brilliant idea." She said jokingly as she went along, before pausing and adding, "By the way, where the fuck are they?" She asked

Knowing the girl would only pester him further if he were to try to deny her demand, he stated, "You're going to need to ask for one person at a time."

Y/n glared at him for a moment, "Can't you track multiple people at once?" She asked slightly annoyed.

 The slime responded evenly, "I can, however, they're in multiple places, at the moment. Thus I will be needing you to specify which individual you wish to find first." He explained briefly. 

Y/n nodded slightly as she thought about which person would be more useful to find. "Scaramouche." Already have a feeling it was either him or Childe getting up to some shit. 

The slime agreed, and answered, "Golden House." 

Y/n had a brief look of confusion before suddenly realizing what exactly that could mean. "wait, he's not trying to summon the fucking god?" She asked incredulously, wondering if he was actually going through with such a dumb plan.
