Just Me Myself and I

In an instant, Y/n surroundings changed, placing her back into Teyvat for the last time. Standing there in a daze for a few moments she then heard something ahead of her, "...Let's go for a stroll, we wish to discuss cooperation with the Yashiro Commission." 

Thinking about it she then realized she didn't know how long it had been. Hoping she could get some information out of the blue-haired man, she withdrew her spear. Darting up and swung the head of her spear at the agent. However not yet used to the new strength imbued into her, she ended up lopping the man's head off. uh- whoops. She thought momentarily staring down at the headless corpse. However, she quickly ignored the shitty calibration and looked to the others, "You're all gonna lose your heads if you really wanna continue being a nuisance I encourage you to fuck around and find out." Y/n called out to the rest of the group coldly. 

Heeding the warning the group made a tactical retreat, taking their fallen comrade with them as they left. Y/n watched them with a cold glint in her eyes. Once confirming they'd left she then looked back to the man with long blue hair, Ayaka's brother. "How long has it been since Thoma almost lost his vision?" She asked bluntly. Should I even get the slime? She thought, wondering if it was worth it. 

Ayato sized her up, while he had heard the Traveler had a rather strong companion, from what he knew, she had been killed at the ceremony. "12 days." He answered honestly, observing Y/n for her reaction.

Y/n gave a curt nod, "I see," She muttered The one time I win the gamble he had to fuck off and die. She thought, feeling a combination of anger and annoyance towards Avieer. Once confirming the time, she teleported back to Inazuma, quickly making her way back into the teahouse in the early morning. 

Once out of sight of the soldiers she breathed a sigh of relief.  From there she began to look for the slime. "Where the fuck did he put it?" Y/n grumbled looking around the teahouse for her pet. 

Her search got put on pause as she felt the tip of a spear poke into her back. "Who're you?" Thoma's voice asked coldly from behind her. 

Y/n rolled her eyes glaring back at him. "I'm just here for my damn slime." She retort coldly slapping the spear away. 

Thoma's eyes widened as he recognized Y/n's face. "You... How did..." He mumbled in shock wondering if she was a ghost haunting them now. On top of that, there was something off about her. Her eye color seemed to have changed from her natural E/c to silver. If Y/n were to look in a mirror she'd find the same silver eyes as Avi's staring back at her. Thankfully, she had yet to actually notice. "Aren't you dead?" He asked cautiously. 

Y/n ignored him and just asked, "Where's my slime?" She asked sharply, having little patience to explain to him.

Thoma hesitantly led her to the box Avieer had placed the slime into. "It's been unresponsive since the ceremony..." He explained awkwardly, wondering if she was gonna get angry for not taking proper care of her pet.

Taking the mask off the slime, Y/n contemplated just killing the slime then and there. "I should release it." She muttered coldly glaring down at it.

Looking at her in confusion he asked, "Huh, why?" Not understanding why she would suddenly release the pet she seemed so attached to. 

Y/n once again ignored him as she picked the slime up, slightly squishing it between her hands. "...Asshole." She muttered inaudibly as she stared at it numbly. "Thanks." She spoke up after a few minutes of silence. Before he could respond, Y/n suddenly disappeared from the tall man's sight. 

Teleporting back to Monstadt, she put on the fox mask she stole from the slime, putting it over her face. The area had regrown quite nicely as if she'd never accidentally burned everything down. setting the slime down, she watched as it slowly looked around before beginning to hop about freely.
