Two fools in love

The first night

Kathy cooks Jessica and Danny dinner so they won't have to worry about it,
"Y'all call us if you need anything!" Angela says, "We will, thank you all so much for helping us today, it's been great having our friends here to celebrate the birth of our baby girl!" Jessica says.
"No problem sweetie!" Angela says.
"We love y'all" they say as they leave.

"Oh they're great!" Danny says as he sits back on the couch with a tired sigh.
"They sure are, aren't they?"
"Yeah, they didn't have to stay, but they did and that shows just how great they are!"
"You're right Danny!' She says with a smile.
"So I guess this is it.. The start of our new lives, just the 3 of us."
"Yeah!" Jessica says holding the baby and smiling.
"Let's eat, momma!" He says standing up, putting his arm around her and giving her a kiss before the walk to the kitchen.

"Oh Danny can you bring the bassinet down so I can put her down while we eat, please?"
"Sure babydoll!"

Danny comes back down with the baby's bassinet.
"Thanks honey!"
"No problem sweet cheeks!" He says as he slaps her ass when she bends down to put Gabriella in.
"Calm down big boy!" She says giving him a puckered up crooked smile.

They sit to eat the dinner Kathy made.
"Well today has been a crazy day, hasn't it?" Jessica asks him.
"Definitely! I can't believe this time yesterday she was in your belly moving around and making you miserable!" Danny says.
"Haha, I know it's crazy! I think my contractions had just started but I hadn't told anyone yet."
"And now she's here!"
"I know, it's weird!" She says smiling at Gabby fast asleep. "Oh and Danny I'm sorry for every horrible thing I did or said to you the past few days, I didn't mean it. I love you so much, and really appreciate everything you do for me!"
"Oh it's fine babydoll, I understand. I love you too!"

Later that night Jessica feeds Gabriella and burps her, but Gabby is not wanting to go to bed, instead she stays wide awake and looks around with her gorgeous eyes.
"Look at our cute little baby Danny, we did good didn't we?"
"Haha we sure did baby, we make cute babies, we should have a lot more!" He says while Jessica gives him a death stare and puckers her lips.
"Don't even start Daniel!"

***30 minutes later***
Jessica sits in the nursing chair to try to get her to go to sleep but Gabby's still not having it.
"Look at you, you're not even tired! Well momma is, so close your little eyes and go to sleep."
Gabriella looks around with her big innocent eyes and let's out little baby coos.
"Oh I just love your little voice! Yes I do, yes I do!" She says in a baby voice.

Danny comes in with some hot tea.
"I made you some tea, baby."
"Aw thank you Danny."
"She's still not sleepy is she?" He asks.
"Nope!"
"Well give her to me and I'll try, you go on to bed."
"Thank you babe." She says with sleepy eyes.
She stands up and hands the baby over to Danny, she takes her tea and goes to bed."

Danny sits down and rocks the baby but she's so focused on her daddy's face, she doesn't want to go to sleep. "You know for someone who's only about 16 hours old you sure are very alert and you're such a good baby!" And in a baby voice he adds, "Yes you are, yes you are!" While smiling down at her.

***15 minutes later***
"Go to sleep please!" Danny asks her.
"Why are you not sleepy?"
He decides to stand up and walk around the house to try and get her to fall asleep.
He sings her a lullaby and she finally falls asleep, but just to be sure he rocks her for a few more minutes.

***12:00 a.m.***
Jessica turns to put her hand on Danny and notices him gone, she looks at the time and gets up to see what he's doing. "It's late, she has to have fallen asleep already!" She says to herself.

She walks into the baby's nursery and finds Danny and Gabriella both asleep.
"Look at them! My two babies." She says with a smile.
She lightly taps Danny and whispers, "Danny wake up and go to bed its late!"
He pops his eyes open and says in a panic, "Huh? What? Push!"
She laughs at him and says, "She's out Danny... Ha! She's in your arms actually!"
"Oh haha, I was having a dream that you were in labor and when it was time to push a baby monkey started to come out!"
"Haha it goes with that dream I had when I was pregnant! Do you remember? When I was pregnant with King Kongs baby!"
Danny laughs, "Oh yeah I remember!"

"Let's go to bed baby." She says as he stands up and they walk to their room and put Gabby in her bassinet.
Danny lays down and puts his arm out for Jessica to lay by him, she cuddles close to him.
"We can cuddle more now that you don't have a big belly!" Danny says holding her close.
She giggles and says, "Yeah I know, but I have quite a few pounds to lose!" She says putting her hand on her stomach.
He puts his hand on hers and says, "No you don't, you're perfect to me Jessica!" As they both smile she kisses his lips and says, "Thank you!" In a cute little voice.

They finally fall asleep and about 30 minutes later Gabriella starts to cry.
They slowly open their eyes and Danny starts to get up, "No stay, I'll get her, she's probably hungry." Jessica says lightly pushing Danny back on the bed.
She picks her up and pulls her boob out to nurse Gabby.
Gabriella latches on and drinks her milk.
"Man she is going to town isn't she?!" Danny says staring at the baby sucking on Jessica's nipple.
"I know! She's a pro!"
"Like her daddy!"
Jessica laughs and says, "Stop it, you're sick!" While playfully pushing him.

"Does it hurt?" He asks.
"Yeah, and it feels really weird."
"Well I can imagine!"
Danny yawns and Jessica turns to him and says "Baby why don't you try and get some sleep, it's been a looooonge day and I know you're exhausted."
"That's okay, I'll stay up with you two... My two princesses!" He says, Jessie turns to him with a smile and he leans in for a kiss.
He puts his lips on her shoulder and says, "I love you." In a mumbling and tired voice, he takes I her sweet scent and gives her shoulder kisses.
"I love you too baby." She says in a tired voice then yawns in the cutest way.
He chuckles and says, " You have the cutest yawn, baby!"
She looks at him and smiles, "Thank you... Do you think everything I do I do is the cutest?" She says with an adorable smile.
He pretends to think and nodding his head he says, "Yes!" And smirks.
"Why are you so obsessed with me Mr. Huston?"
"Because you are the sexiest woman on the face of this earth and I can't believe I'm lucky enough to spend the rest of my life with you."
"You know what?" She asks.
"What babydoll?"
"I think I love you!" She says with a smile.
He laughs and says, "What makes you think that?"
"Well I have a baby sucking on my boob and still have a bit of a baby bump and you still think I'm sexy. That to me Mr. Huston is love!"
"Haha well I'd say so. Oh and you look great by the way, you don't look like you just had a baby 17 hours ago!"
"Ha! Thanks baby!" She says as he leans in for a kiss.

She burps the baby and puts her to sleep at around 1:00 a.m.

***4:00 a.m.***
Gabriella starts to cry but this time she doesn't want to be fed she just wants to be held, they tried putting her to sleep but she cried when she wasn't being held.
"Danny I'm tired!" She says in a whiny voice with tears in her eyes.
"I love her and would love to hold her all night long but I'm exhausted!"
"I know baby, give her to me and I'll walk with her... It worked the last time."
"Thank you Danny." She smiles, gives him a kiss then gives the baby a kiss and hands her over to Danny.
He walks around the house for 45 minutes, she's as calm as can be but just won't sleep.

Finally at 5:00 a.m. she falls asleep, he puts her down, gets in bed and falls fast asleep.
