Day with Daddy

***One month old***
"Well good morning my sweet baby girl!" Jessica says as Gabriella wakes up.
"You're one month old today! Can you believe that? One month ago today you were still in mommas belly!" She says in a baby voice, "Yeah one month ago today, you were past your due date and then decided to start making your entrance when we were in the middle of a premier! Haha your momma was squeezing my hand and squirming all over her seat in pain... But it was worth it, right babe?"
"It sure was!" She says looking and smiling at Gabriella.

"You know babe, I think you should go out with Sarah for a few hours, get out and get some fresh air."
"No I can't leave her, I'll feel bad!" She says making sad eyes at the baby.
"Don't feel bad honey, I'll be here and I'm her daddy."
"Yes, but I'm her mommy!" She says in a whiny voice while starting to cry.
"I know, well if you don't wanna leave her then that's fine."
"Well no.. You're right, I do need at least a couple hours to myself... Alright but let me lay everything out that you'll need!" She says going to the nursery.
Danny pulls her back and says, "Baby it's alright, I've got this! Just leave us some mommy milk and we're set!"
"Haha mommy milk?! Alright let me pump." She says going to grab her breast pump.
She starts pumping and Danny watches, "Man that is the weirdest thing ever!"
"I know, I feel like a cow!"
Danny laughs, "Oh baby don't say that!"
"Look at me!" She yells while laughing.
Danny chuckles and says, "Okay well you're a very pretty cow!"

After she pumps, she texts Sarah and says,

"Hey Danny said I should get out of the house for a few hours, you wanna go somewhere?"

"YES!!! I've missed our little girls day out days!"

"Me too! Let's meet at Daisy Dukes and grab a bite to eat then we'll decide where we should go."

"Alright sounds good! See you there in about 30 minutes!" Sarah text.

"Yay! Can't wait!!"

"Alright, I'm gonna go." She looks sad over at Gabby.
"Aw my princess, I love you so much my sweet sweet girl! Mommy will be back in just a little while, be good for your daddy, okay?" She says with tears in her eyes and grabbing her from Danny.
"We'll be fine! Now you go and have a good time with Sarah!" He hugs her.
"Alright... Thank you Danny!" She kisses him and Gabby, then gives her to him.
While leaving out the door she says, "DANIEL, YOU CALL ME IF ANYTHING AT ALL HAPPENS, DO YOU UNDERSTAND ME?!"
"Yes dear!" He says with a smile.
"Alright, bye! I love y'all!"
"We love you too, mommy!" He says making Gabriella look like she's waving.
"Awe!" She says with tears in her eyes.

She gets to the restaurant and sees Sarah, "Ah Jess!" Sarah says getting up to give her a hug.
"Hey Sarah, how are you?" She asks.
"Oh I'm good. How are you, Dan and they baby doing?"
"We're great! She's perfect, Sarah!" She says as her eyes light up.
"Awe, she really is Jess! You're so blessed!"
"I know!"

Meanwhile, back home with Danny and Gabby.
"You see we can do this, we don't need mommy all the time!" He says giving her a bottle.
Gabby starts to drink, then cries.
"Awe, what's wrong?" He says trying to calm her down and feed her.
"Okay, maybe we do need mommy!" He says as he realizes that she doesn't want it from the bottle, she wants it from her momma.
"Oh come one baby, this is still Mommy's milk! Look daddy drinks it!" He says sucking from the bottle.
He makes a surprised face and looks at the bottle. "Holy shit, this is amazing! Damn Jessie, why haven't you given me any?!" He laughs.

He walks around trying to calm her down, after an hour of her screaming bloody murder he calls Evan.

"Evan you have to help me!! I sent Jessie out with Sarah to get out of the house for a few hours and the baby has been crying for an hour straight!!"
