Two fools in love

I just wanted an avocado!

Two days later.

"George is here!" Jessica gets excited and "runs" as best as she can over to the door.

"Gabriella uncle George is here!"
Gabby runs over to Jessica, clapping her hands and yelling with excitement.

She opens the door, "Hey little brother!"
"Hey!- WOAH! You really are my BIG sister!" He laughs.
"Oh shut up!" She hits his arm and laughs.
"Just kidding sis, you looks great! Beautiful as always." He hugs her.
"Hey little guy, it's your uncle George!" He puts his hand on her stomach.
"Woah strong little guy, aren't you!" He laughs as the baby kicks his hand hard.
"Tell me about it!" She laughs and puts her hands on her stomach.
Gabriella reaches up for him and yells, "Unkie unkie!"
"Hey Gabby!" He picks her up, "How's my little monster doing? You've gotten so big, precious!" He kisses her cheek.

They walk into the living room, "Where's Danny?" He asks.
"I was having a strong craving for donuts, so he went on a donut run."
"Nice! So what's been going on lately?"
"Nothing really, just trying to get everything finished before we leave for the Bahamas in a few weeks."
"What? You're going to the Bahamas?"
"Yeah, for Sarah and Evans wedding.. Which you're invited to by the way."
"Oh okay.. When's the wedding?"
"A little over a month away."
"Do you really think it's safe to travel when you're that far along?"
"Yeah, I talked to my midwife and she said as long as I leave right after the wedding that it would be fine. Plus I'm bringing my midwife along with me just in case.. But I highly doubt that he'll come 5 weeks early."
"Yeah, I guess you're right. Well anyway.. I'm excited, I'm going to the Bahamas!" He lifts Gabriella in the air making her laugh.
"Yeah, it'll be fun.  Hah!  Imagine me.. almost nine months pregnant on the hot Bahama beach in a dress the size of a tent!  It'll be an experience for sure."
"Oh my gosh, you'll be so huge!" He laughs.
"Thanks George, you're very helpful." She says in a sarcastic tone and smile.

"Donuts are here!" Danny says walking in the house.
"Hey George!" He says walking over to him.
"Hey man!" George stands up and hugs him.

"Your donuts, my dear." He hands Jessica her own box, "Thanks babe!" She smiles. "No problem." He kisses her head.
"Gabriella, your donuts holes." He hands her, her bag, "Thanks daddy!"
"You're welcome, sweetie." He kisses her cheek.
"And some for George and I."
"Thanks Dan."
"You're very welcome."
"Geez you're just so damn sweet today, aren't you Danny?" Jessica laughs.
"Always." Danny smiles.

"So George, your staying with us right?" She asks him.
"Well for a little while, but I was gonna look for a place I could rent."
"Oh okay... Well you can stay with us as long as you need to."
"Thanks you guys."

The next day.

They all sit down for breakfast, so what are you guys up to today?" George asks.
"Well my midwife should be here in about an hour, just to see if the baby I are doing okay and then Danny's gonna work on the nursery."
"Oh okay, well let me know if you need any help Dan.. I'll be more than happy."

An hour later Sunshine, her midwife shows up.

They go up to the bedroom so that she can check her.
"Alright everything looks good." Sunshine says, then lifts Jessica's shirt to measure her stomach.
"He's a big boy!  You're measuring 32 weeks instead of 30"
"Yowza!" Jessica says in a funny voice.
"Yeah, I think he's gonna be a chunker!" Sunshine smiles.
Jessica gets a worried look on her face.
Sunshine presses down on her stomach to feel how the baby is positioned.
Jessica takes a deep breath and has a look on her face like she's uncomfortable.
"Sorry, I know this feels horrible!" Sunshine tells her.
Jessica cracks a small smile at her while Danny holds her hand.
"Yep, you are all baby!  Most of your belly weight is your baby."
"Damn, then he is huge!" Jessica says with a blank face.
"Do you think he's too big?  Like will I have a hard time?"
"No he's just a big boy, it's not not he's abnormally big but he's bigger than Gabriella was.  As for you having a hard time, it'll be just fine.. You just have to relax.  Now I just need to plug my computer in so we can see your little guy."
"I didn't know they had portable 3d ultrasound machines." Danny says.
"Yeah, isn't it cool!" Sunshine laughs.
"Honey can you call George in and tell him to bring Gabby, I want them to see him."
